What is the general installation interval of fire emergency lights?

For the installation distance of fire emergency lighting, please refer to the requirements in Chapter 1 1 of Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings;

Fire emergency lighting, including fire emergency ceiling lighting, fire emergency downlights, spotlights and double-headed fire emergency lighting, should be installed in the long exit walkway or emergency exit passage of conventional buildings, and the lighting density should not be greater than 20m. At the corner of the exit passage or at the location where the exit passage environment is complicated, the number of emergency lighting lamps should be appropriately increased.

Fire emergency light is suitable for fire emergency lighting, and it is the most common lighting tool in fire emergency, with long emergency time, high brightness and automatic emergency function when power is cut off. Fire emergency lights have the characteristics of low power consumption, high brightness and long service life. There are power switches and indicator lights on the side, which are suitable for emergency lighting in public places such as factories, hotels, schools and units.

Fire emergency lights are made of industrial plastics and high-brightness bulbs. The color is mainly white with two arrows on the surface. The material is non-aging, with fast heat dissipation and impact resistance. Fire emergency lights have wall-mounted, portable and suspended installation methods.

Connection mode of fire emergency lights

Connection mode: each emergency light is provided with a dedicated line without a switch in the middle. Two-wire and three-wire emergency lights can be unified on a special power supply. The setting of each special power supply should be combined with the corresponding fire protection code. If the emergency power supply rotates separately from the lamp, the electrical connection should be high-temperature wires to meet the fire protection requirements.

Two-wire system: this connection is a common connection for special emergency lights, which is suitable for emergency lights to be used without lighting at ordinary times or for 24-hour continuous lighting (CED marker lights belong to this category). When the power is cut off, the emergency light will light up automatically.

Three-wire system: the connection mode is often used for emergency lights, and the lighting state of emergency lights can be controlled on or off at ordinary times. When the power grid is cut off, no matter what state the switch is in, the emergency light will light up immediately. K is the usual lighting switch.
