Where does Jinjiang belong?

Jinjiang City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province, managed by Quanzhou City and located in the southeast coast of Fujian Province.

Jinjiang City is located in the southeast of Quanzhou, surrounded by the sea on three sides, Quanzhou Bay in the northeast, Quanzhou shishi city in the east, Taiwan Province Strait in the southeast, Jinmen Island across the sea in the south, Nan 'an City in the west and Licheng District in the north, with a total area of 649 square kilometers. By the end of 2022, the city had jurisdiction over 6 streets and 13 towns, with a permanent population of 2.076 million.

Jinjiang has a long history. Founded in the sixth year of Tang Dynasty (7 18), it has a history of 1300 years. 1, Anping Bridge: Anping Bridge is the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units announced by the State Council and built in Anhaiwan. In ancient times, Anhai was also called Anping, so the bridge was called "Anping Bridge". Because the bridge is about five miles long, it is commonly known as "Wuli Bridge".

2. shenhu bay undersea forest: It is located on the tidal flat around Tudiliao, shenhu bay. At low tide, there are about 1 km2 of ancient forests (C 14 isotopic age of Pinus tabulaeformis of Pinaceae is about 7500 years) and oyster reefs, which are precious physical materials for studying the tectonic movement, paleogeography, paleoclimate and paleontology across the Taiwan Province Strait, and are national nature reserves.

3. Yan Xizi Temple: Yan Xizi Temple, located on the Zhuo Wang Mountain in jinjing town, was founded in the 18th year of Shaoxing in Song Dynasty (1 148). There are Tathagata, Guanyin and the third generation Buddha statues carved on the cliff in the temple. The Buddha statue is 4.5m high and1.62m wide. The posture is slightly prone and the shape is wonderful. The stone carving on the cliff behind the temple has the word "All South wins", which is a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.

4. Zixiao Mountain: Located in Zixiao Town, it is also known as the four famous mountains in the whole state with Qingyuan Mountain, Pengshan Mountain and Luo Shang. The mountains are more than ten miles green and purple, and the mountains overlap twelve peaks. From a distance, there are Jinsudong, Guyuan Room, Xiaodanqiu, Jinsu Temple, Zhao Pu Temple, Gu Xuan Temple, Longshui Temple, Lingxiao Pagoda, Chen Zifeng's Tomb, Kunyu Mountain, Banshan Pavilion, Shigu, Sword Test Stone, Purple Lake, Longchi, Hualitan and Zixi Reservoir.

5. Lingyuan Mountain: Located in Anhai Town, the steep mountain, spherical weathered stone egg landform and dense forest constitute a beautiful mountain landscape. Overlooking the top of the mountain, you can see the southwest and south of Jinjiang, the whole territory of Shishi, Anhai Bay and shenhu bay in the distance. The main attractions are Lingyuan Temple, Ziyun Room, Buyunguan, Wangjiang Stone, Shijing Road Tower and so on.
