Conditions for handling hotel special trade licenses

Legal basis: Article 14 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Market Entities in People's Republic of China (PRC). The business scope of market entities includes general business projects and licensed business projects. The business scope is licensed business projects that must be approved according to law before registration, and market entities shall submit relevant approval documents when applying for registration.
