In order to further improve the results of epidemic prevention and control in our county, effectively block the epidemic input chain, and resolutely guard the hard-won results of epidemic prevention and control, we hereby put forward the "Ten Prohibitions" for epidemic prevention and control, and notify you as follows:

First, it is strictly forbidden to take epidemic prevention and control measures in public places.

It is strictly forbidden for residents to go out without wearing masks, and it is strictly forbidden to enter supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and other crowded places without wearing masks or wearing them improperly, not taking temperature, and not checking the "three yards";

Second, it is strictly forbidden to return the decision and leave the decision.

It is strictly forbidden for residents to leave the county town in non-emergency situations, and it is strictly forbidden to return to the county town without reporting in advance. Residents who leave their homes and return to the county should report to the village in advance. Those who do not meet the epidemic control measures will not be approved. The public security organs will severely crack down on those who fail to fulfill their reporting obligations and deliberately conceal their itinerary, resulting in loopholes in epidemic prevention and control;

Third, it is strictly forbidden to hold various assembly activities.

Training, parties, dinners and other party activities are strictly prohibited. Supermarkets, shopping malls and other commercial institutions suspend all kinds of offline exhibitions, promotions, trade fairs and other gathering activities, and all kinds of religious gathering activities are suspended. All fairs and temple fairs in the county will be cancelled. The implementation of "red things postponed, white things simple, no banquets", white things should be reported to the village, and the number of participants should be strictly controlled;

Fourth, it is strictly forbidden to change the mobile phone to conceal the itinerary.

It is strictly forbidden for freight drivers and returnees outside the county to deliberately conceal their trips by changing their mobile phones or turning them off. Once found, the public security organs will hell to pay;

Five, it is forbidden to spread false information.

It is strictly prohibited to publish, disseminate or disclose unpublished epidemic information, or even fabricate, disseminate or spread false epidemic information or make inappropriate comments on the epidemic;

Six, it is forbidden to leave the post without authorization.

It is strictly forbidden for the "three lines of defense" personnel on duty to leave their posts without leave, leave their posts without leave, change their posts or shift shifts without permission, and the 24-hour duty system and various work processes for prevention and control work are strictly implemented at the county and village level 3 checkpoints and grass-roots outposts;

Nine, it is strictly forbidden to harm the interests of the masses.

It is strictly forbidden to respond negatively to the reasonable demands of the masses on the grounds of epidemic prevention and control, be simple and rude or dereliction of duty, causing personal and property losses to the masses, and resolutely prevent acts that are divorced from the masses and ignore the interests of the masses;

Ten, it is strictly forbidden for public officials to have dinner.

It is strictly forbidden for public officials in the county to organize and participate in various parties and dinners in hotels, business restaurants, teahouses and internal canteens.
