This year's Tulip Culture Festival is hosted by Yanling County Culture, Radio, Film and Television Tourism Bureau, Chenhuadian Town People's Government of Yanling County, and undertaken by Yanling Colorful Land Sightseeing and Leisure Tourism Zone Co., Ltd., with the theme of "Romantic Flower Sea, Colorful Emerald".

According to reports, 2,000 mu of flower sea in colorful land was staged, with thousands of tulips and 90 varieties competing to bloom. Begonia, pears, bauhinia and daffodils are in full bloom in the park. Thousands of acres of tulips are in full bloom, colorful and fragrant; Looking around, tulips in full bloom not only have a great impact on people's eyes, but also shock and tremble the souls of flower lovers. Yanling color land scenic area covers a total area of 5,000 mu, which is constructed in two phases, of which the first phase covers an area of 2,000 mu. It is a special tourism project with pastoral flower sea sightseeing, wedding etiquette base, sketch film shooting and flower farming culture display as its core content, and it is also a comprehensive tourism project integrating leisure, sightseeing, entertainment, health vacation and special catering.
