The hotel is located on Dingxi Road, close to the business district. It opened in 2000 and was renovated in 2001. It is a 30-story building with 200 guest rooms.

The hotel building is divided into two service areas: the main building and the auxiliary building. The main building mainly provides guest rooms, fitness, and entertainment services, while the auxiliary building mainly provides catering services. It has 200 guest rooms (sets) of various types, 2,000 dining seats, 43 dining rooms, fitness and entertainment facilities such as bathing centers, nightclubs, and 10 large and small conference rooms.
