Each catering unit:

According to the spirit of "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Banquet Reports during the Spring Festival" issued by the emergency headquarters Office for the Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus's Pneumonia in Ganzhou City, in order to continue to do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic situation of "spreading abroad and rebounding inside", strictly prevent and control group gathering activities, reduce the risk of epidemic spread, and ensure the safety of people's lives and the stable and orderly social and economic life in our region. The management of banquet declaration during the Spring Festival is hereby notified as follows:

First, strictly control the collective dinner activities.

Advocate "postponing the wedding, simple funeral, no banquet", and strictly control the group dinner activities such as wedding banquet, birthday banquet, full moon banquet and housewarming banquet. Banquets with more than five tables must be declared according to the prescribed procedures, and banquets are not allowed without declaration. Violators will be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The number of tables in the banquet hall held by catering service units should be controlled within 75% of the number of tables that can be accommodated.

Second, strictly implement the banquet declaration procedure.

Urban and rural residents hold banquets. Urban and rural residents who hold more than five tables at home shall fill in the banquet report and report to the village Committee of their place of residence in advance.

When urban and rural residents come to the store to hold banquets with more than five tables, the organizer shall fill out the "Report on Banquet" and report it to the village committee where they live or register in advance. After the village committee signs the opinion and seals it, the organizer will book the banquet to the catering unit with the "Banquet Report". If the banquet is not booked, it should be made up according to the procedure.

Organs, enterprises and institutions personnel organs, enterprises and institutions personnel held more than 5 tables of banquet, fill in the "banquet held report form" and report to the unit. After their unit signed and sealed their opinions, they booked banquets for catering units with the "Report on Catering".

Catering units undertaking banquets catering units undertaking group dinners and banquets shall report to the local market supervision sub-bureau at least 3 days in advance. The filing procedure is as follows:

1. The catering unit that hosted the 5-15 table banquet shall report to the local market supervision sub-bureau with the Organizer's Report on Hosting Banquet, Report on Hosting Banquet, and Responsibility Book on Epidemic Prevention and Control of Catering Service Units.

2. Catering units that undertake banquets of more than 15 tables shall report to the local market supervision sub-bureau on the strength of the Organizer's Report on Banquet Undertaking, Report on Banquet Undertaking and Responsibility Letter on Epidemic Prevention and Control of Catering Service Units. The market supervision sub-bureau shall review the submitted materials and sign the audit opinions, which shall be reported to the District Market Supervision Administration for signature, and then reported to the District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters for the record.

Third, implement the main responsibility.

According to the principle of "who undertakes, who is responsible", the person in charge of the banquet organizer and catering unit should actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant policies for epidemic prevention and control, strictly prevent the occurrence of epidemic, strengthen closed-loop management, and scientifically and accurately do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in catering links in our region.

1. Organizer's responsibility: If the public does not hold or participate in the banquet without taking prevention and control measures, the organizer shall strictly perform the reporting procedure and shall not invite any person under any of the following circumstances to participate in the banquet:

①/kloc-people who have lived in the high-risk area of epidemic situation and the districts and cities where the local case report area is located within 0/4 days, or people who have lived abroad, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan within 28 days:

② COVID-19 confirmed, suspected or asymptomatic infected persons and their close contacts, sub-close contacts, or other persons in centralized isolation and home health monitoring;

③ Among the asymptomatic infected patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital and who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation, they are still in the follow-up period or health observation period;

④ Persons whose health codes are displayed as yellow codes or red team.

2. Corporate responsibility: catering units may not hold banquets without filing. Those who violate the regulations will be punished in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Punishment. The hotel hosting the banquet should strictly follow the Technical Guide for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Catering Service Units in COVID-19 and the Responsibility Letter for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Catering Service Units, and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and food safety management during the banquet. According to the actual situation, formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency plans, and find that the body temperature or health code and travel code are abnormal, and immediately go to the local market supervision branch, epidemic prevention and control headquarters or village Committee for disposal according to regulations.
