Which hotel is better among Home Inn, Hanting Hotel, Seven Days Hotel and Super Hotel?
Looking at the overall national level, Hanting>GreenTree>Homeinn>Seven Days?
Homeinn: As the first economic hotel brand in Ctrip, Homeinn Hotel Group is owned by Ctrip. Beijing Tourism Group was founded in Shanghai in 2002; in 2007, it acquired Seven Stars and surpassed Jinjiang Inn to become the industry leader and has remained so to this day. At the end of 2008, Homeinns launched the mid-to-high-end "Heyi" brand to implement a multi-brand strategy; in May 2011, it acquired Motel, which ranked fifth in the industry, for US$470 million to expand its leading advantage. Currently, Homeinns maintains its number one position in the industry with 1,300 hotels.
7 Days Inn: 7 Days Inn is an economical hotel brand founded in Guangzhou in 2005 after Zheng Nanyan left Ctrip. Since its inception, it has developed rapidly with the strategy of rapid expansion of a single brand and its unique membership system. After going public in 2009, it further accelerated its expansion through franchising. It currently ranks second in the industry with 840 hotels and continues to maintain the fastest development rate in the industry.
Hanting: Hanting Hotel Group is the third US listed company founded by Ji Qi after Ctrip and Homeinns. From the original Hanting Hotel to the current "Hanting All Seasons", "Hanting Express", and "Hi Inn"; Hanting has gone from mid-to-high-end to express, and then to covering mid-to-high-end, express and mid-to-low-end Multi-brand development strategy for the market. As a representative of business hotels, Hanting maintains rapid development with its steady style; currently, its number of hotels in operation reaches about 560.
The ethical relationship between Home Inns, 7 Days Inn, and Hanting Hotels:
Ji Qi is the founder of Ctrip, Homeinns, and Hanting Hotels (later renamed "Huazhu"). He was kicked out of Homeinn, so he founded Hanting; Zheng Nanyan was the former vice president of marketing of Ctrip, but he left and founded 7 Days (later renamed "Plateno").
Later, 7 Days and Hanting were listed in the United States. Moreover, executives from the three companies also hold shares in each other.
The Emperor's family is still fighting against each other, not to mention that these three hotels were originally positioned as economic markets, so naturally there will be bumps and bruises.
Throughout the ages, the most important purpose of war is to seize territory! Home Inns, 7 Days, and Hanting began a melee to compete for land.
Rujia, which was still leisurely and leisurely doing slow work, saw that 7 Days and Hanting were taking the lead, and began to nervously embark on the road of expansion. It has successively acquired Qidianxing and Motel 168 hotels. In 2011, Homeinns had more than 1,000 stores nationwide, leading the other two in scale.
The other two companies are not to be outdone, especially as latecomers, they should work harder to face the wind. 7 Days, and Hanting all relied on single-brand strategies to expand rapidly, and switched to multi-brand routes after listing. Especially Han Ting, who was holding back his anger, kept buying and buying at a loss, and only gave up when he couldn't take care of himself.
In this way, you and I chase each other, and finally became the top three giants in the domestic hotel industry, ranking among the top three consecutively. The old brands Jinjiang Inn and New Asia Star were left behind.
This scene is a bit familiar to Wang Laoji and Jiaduobao fighting, and Qizheng disappearing.
The relationship between these companies was already unclear, but the addition of Yilong really spilled the beans.
