Three-day tour of Tiger Leaping Gorge

Hutiaoxia is located in Hutiaoxia Town, Shangri-La City, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is the largest canyon in the world, divided into three sections: upper, middle and lower, with a total length of about 20 kilometers. The following is a three-day tour of Tiger Leaping Gorge:

The first day:

Morning: Arrive in Lijiang, go to Tiger Leaping Gorge Scenic Area and stay in a hotel near the scenic area.

Afternoon: Visit the Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge and enjoy the spectacular canyon scenery.

The next day:

Morning: Go to Tiger Leaping Gorge, cross the gorge on foot and feel the wonders of nature.

Afternoon: Go down to Tiger Leaping Gorge and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Jinsha River.

Evening: Stay in Shangri-La and experience Tibetan culture.

The third day:

Morning: Go to Pudacuo National Park to enjoy the lakes and mountains and feel the beauty of nature.

Afternoon: Go to Dukezong Ancient City, visit the ancient city buildings and feel the historical details of Tibetan culture.

Evening: Return to Lijiang and end the pleasant three-day tour of Tiger Leaping Gorge.

Please note that due to the changeable climate in Tiger Leaping Gorge Scenic Area, it is recommended to bring warm clothes and rain gear.
