Is it illegal for underage men and women to sleep together?

It is not illegal for underage men and women to open a house.

Minors who have reached the age of 16 and obtained ID cards can check in at the hotel and get keys or room cards.

If the two parties have never had sex, and one party has not molested the other, then it is legal to simply share the same room. However, it is illegal for underage women to have sex under the age of 14. Assuming that both parties have sex voluntarily, it depends on their age to judge whether it constitutes a crime. Having sex with a woman who has reached the age of 14 does not constitute a crime; Having sex with a woman who is over 12 and under 14, knowing that she is under 12, shall be punished as rape; Having sex with a young girl under the age of 12, regardless of whether she knows that she is under the age of 14, constitutes rape.

In addition, if the woman is over 14 years old and the man is under 14 years old, in this case, the woman should be punished as child molestation. To sum up, the relationship between the two parties must be 14 years old, which does not constitute a crime.
