Heze Huadu International changed several developers

Heze Huadu International has changed multiple developers, as follows:

1. In 2011, the Heze Municipal Government and Shandong Huashang Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the Huadu International project , Huashang Group became the investor and main developer of the project.

2. In 2016, Huashang Group transferred its equity in the Heze Huadu International Project to Guangzhou Junsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd.

3. In 2018, Junsheng Real Estate and Shandong R&F Group established a joint venture, Heze R&F Huadu Real Estate Co., Ltd., to jointly develop the Heze Huadu International Project.
