As of April 14, 2023, according to the relevant information of Kunming Municipal People's Government, Jinning County recently dismantled two backward yellow phosphorus electric furnace production devices of Yunnan Kunyang Phosphate Fertilizer Plant Co., Ltd. in order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, following the dismantling of backward production equipment such as Jinning Xiangyi Ironmaking Plant, Yunnan Yun Chuan Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Liyu Building Materials Co., Ltd.
