Hotel room cleaning order

When the room occupancy rate is high, please clean the room immediately → "VIP room → check out → stay in the room, stay for a long time → be vacant;

At the end of occupancy rate: "Please clean up immediately" room → "VIP" room → guest room → long room → check out → vacant room.

Enter the room

1. First, check whether there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign or "Double Lock" on the door;

2. Gently knock on the door three times, not too loud, subject to the guest's hearing, and at the same time report the identity of "waiter";

3. Wait outside the door for 10 seconds and listen to the movement in the room. If there is no response, repeat the above procedure twice.

4. After confirming that there is no movement in the room, gently open the door for 2 ~ 3 inches with the key to show your identity and ask, "May I come in?" Before entering;

5. If the guest is in the room, wait for the guest to open the door or get the guest's consent before entering the room to say hello and ask if the guest can clean the room.

3. Use the room trash can to collect garbage. If the cigarette butts in the ashtray have not been put out, they must be put out and then put into the trash can to avoid a fire.

4. Remove used cups, extra beds or tableware.

5. Put the sheets, sheets and pillowcases on the bed, together with four sets of towels (bath towels, face towels, small square towels and foot towels) that need to be replaced in the bathroom, and put them in the bag of the work car. If damaged fabrics and towels are found, they should be stored separately (if guests place environmental protection cards, bedding such as sheets, sheets and pillowcases need not be replaced);

6. Clean the bed. Take out the used sheets and put them in a linen bag at one end of the cleaning car.

6. Bedcover: Cover the whole bed from above the pillow, put the bedspread between two pillows and under the pillow, and fold it evenly. Except one side of the bed, the hem of the other three sides of the bedspread is symmetrical, not longer than the ground, and the corners are smooth.

Wipe away dust

1. Wipe the bedplate, chair, window sill, door frame, lamps and table top with a rag to achieve cleanliness without foreign objects;

2. Wipe the mobile phone with disinfectant;

3. When wiping the lamps and lanterns, check whether the wattage of the light bulb meets the standard and whether it is damaged. If yes, it should be replaced immediately; Ensure that all furniture and equipment in the room are clean and tidy;

4. After wiping all kinds of objects, put the used tea, wine sets and guest items on the work car.
