Third, the elevator safety operation procedures

F) After the goods are loaded into the car, first check whether the goods are outside the car, especially if there are more than two doors in the car.

4. The door area is a dangerous area in the elevator car. Passengers are advised not to rely on the door.

5. When waiting for load or personnel, drivers and other personnel should not stand between the car and the hall door, but should stand inside the car or outside the hall door to wait;

6. No articles shall be placed on the top of the car, and no articles shall be hung in the car;

7. It is forbidden to start or stop the elevator by manually opening and closing the car door and hall door;

8. The center of gravity of the load should be placed in the middle of the carriage as safely as possible to avoid dumping during operation;

9. Push buttons outside the hall to control elevators (including east-west elevators) to control prohibited items:

D. Whether the lighting and fans of the elevator are working normally.

Five, elevator maintenance system

(1) The maintenance of the elevator should be carried out once a month. The project should be completed according to the following record form, and the user should sign it after completion. (see table a below)

Therefore, it is still difficult to prevent some accidents and accidents if the operators of special equipment must first hold certificates and then operate in strict accordance with the safety operation rules. When an accident happens, in most cases, it depends on whether we are proficient in emergency rescue methods. If we panic, act slowly, delay the opportunity or improper rescue methods, it may cause casualties and greater losses of state property. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct rescue drills for relevant personnel once a year (the number of rescue drills can be increased if necessary).
