Jimo Yu Zechang was sentenced to several years.

The Jimo District People's Court of Qingdao publicly pronounced the first instance of Qu Xiuzhao and other evil criminal groups. The defendant Qu Xiuzhao was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 13 years and fined 460,000 yuan for the crimes of illegal transfer of land use rights, intentional injury, illegal invasion of houses, fraud and provocation. The remaining three defendants were sentenced to two years and six months to one year and six months respectively.

Many defendants in this case embarked on the road of crime, both for subjective reasons such as weak legal concept, keen on striving for strength and courage, distorted values, and objective reasons such as lack of correct guidance, vulnerability to negative influence, and lack of rule of law education. Jimo court combined education with punishment, education with trial, and conducted multi-level and all-round court education for juvenile defendants, hoping to really help minors to recognize right and wrong, repent and make a new start, and strengthen their confidence and courage to return to society as soon as possible. Many defendants wept bitterly in court and sincerely repented, which made people deeply sad and sorry.
