Is the hotel responsible for being hit by a car on the way to work?

Whether hotel employees are responsible for being injured by a car on their way off work, and whether they meet the standards for determining work-related injuries.

Article 14 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance stipulates that an employee shall be deemed as a work-related injury in any of the following circumstances: Paragraph (6) is injured by a motor vehicle accident on the way to and from work.
