Before docking with the fulcrum integrated management system, please ensure that

Lingbao intelligent door lock management system has been installed on the interface machine, and all cards are written in Lingbao intelligent door lock management system at one time.

Otherwise, it cannot be docked with the fulcrum system.

1. Set the door lock type at the corresponding cashier point that needs interface. For the door lock of Lingbao Intelligent, the door lock type is Lingbao Intelligent. If this model is not listed in the drop-down list in your hotel version, it means that this interface was not made in the previous version, and you can manually enter it directly at the door lock type.

2. Then click the "cashier door lock reader parameter setting" button to open the door lock parameter table interface. Click the "Add" button to set the parameters of the door lock. The parameter setting of Lingbao smart door lock is relatively simple, just set a port parameter.

3. If the card reader uses USB to serial port, you can check the value of serial port in my computer and device manager after adding relevant drivers.

5. Through the above settings, the system can basically complete the functions of door lock business card printing, card reading and cancellation. If the card made by the fulcrum system can't open the door lock, you can find the following subdirectories under the fulcrum running program directory:

Executable file, double-click to open it.

Use this program to read whether the card made of fulcrum system can read information correctly;

Use this program to make a card and see if you can open the door correctly;

Make a card with Lingbao intelligent door lock system to see if the data read by this program is the same as that read by the card made by fulcrum system. If it's the same, but the door lock won't open, you have to contact the fulcrum software or the door lock supplier. Special attention: 1.

All guest cards must be written into the door lock software system. 2.

The principle of issuing cards is that guest cards are issued according to the hotel management system, and other cards are issued in the door lock software system. 3.

It is forbidden to send multiple door lock software in series between different cards. 4.

When it is officially opened for use, it is recommended to issue a reset card after all the cards are recovered, reset the data of all the locks, and then issue the card. 5.

Pay special attention to the computer time must not appear confusion, keep the time correct, otherwise it may lead to the failure of opening the door. 6.

If a guest card is cancelled or recycled by the locking system itself, it needs to be reissued, otherwise reading and writing the card in the interface software will fail.
