Suzhou is close to Shanghai, and some Suzhou in Shanghai does not have to be opened, so the geographical position is unfavorable. Changzhou and Suzhou Wuxi are not in the same class. Foreign merchants and hotels generally don't choose Changzhou to open new stores first, but wait for Suzhou Wuxi to open before considering Changzhou. For example, Hong Kong Henglong Real Estate, after opening hang lung plaza (Nanjing West Road) and hang lung plaza (Xujiahui) in Shanghai, chose to build the second hang lung plaza (Sanyang Business Circle) in the Yangtze River Delta in Wuxi, and later announced that it would invest in two hang lung plaza (Guanqian Street and Industrial Park) in Suzhou, but Changzhou has no plans to open a store at present.
