The implementation requirement of piecework wage is 1. Allow the workshop director to give 5% positive and negative incentives on the basis of basic points according to the performance of workers. 4. Piece-by-piece wages are not capped: in normal production or peak season, the wages of piece-by-piece employees are calculated according to the actual situation and are not capped in peak season. 5. Guaranteed wages in the off-season of production: in the off-season of production or the month with less output, if the piece-rate wages fail to meet the minimum wage standard in Shunde, the part beyond the unit price shall be paid from the piece-rate wages, and other forms of wages shall be used to supplement the minimum wage standard for employees. 5. Timely payment of wages: The production department and the quality control department submit the details of piecework wages audited by their own departments to the human resources director of the President's Office for review before 18 every month, and the President's Office submits the details of piecework wages audited before12 every month to the finance department for review, and the finance department ensures that employees can withdraw last month's wages from the bank on the 25th of each month.
