The south gate is opposite the street, which is the royal courtyard of the Tang Dynasty. Now, many ancient buildings imitating the Tang Dynasty and sculptures representing the life of the Tang Dynasty have been built here. Citizens like to walk here and row boats along the swimming pool. You can also see many Shaanxi handicrafts such as shadow play and paper-cutting in the park.

Qujiangchi in the Tang Dynasty was full of buildings and palaces. Whenever a new Jinshi comes here, he enjoys it. He puts his glass on his plate, puts the plate in the water and floats with the current. Whoever floats on it will drink it with his glass in his hand. This is the famous "Qujiang Liuyin". The park has a north, east and west gate, and ordinary tourists will enter the park from the north gate near Tang Furong Garden.

There are many sculptures showing the social life of the Tang Dynasty everywhere in the park, such as: drunken poets, ancient people bathing by the pool, officials who have traveled thousands of miles back to Beijing and so on. There are cruise ships in the park. If you are interested, you can row a boat and swim in the swimming pool by yourself. In summer, the lotus in full bloom in the pool will give people the illusion of being in a water town in the south of the Yangtze River.

In the park, you can also see nine two-story Tang-style buildings, named after epigrams, such as Breastbreast Pine and Huanxisha. Here, visitors have the opportunity to see the performances of Shaanxi Opera and Shadow Play. One of them is a small museum, which displays Shaanxi hand-made artworks such as Chang 'an Shadow Play, Fengxiang Clay Sculpture, Heyang Muppets, hua county Shadow Play, Ansai Paper-cut, Huxian Peasant Painting, etc.

There are also high-altitude flying cable projects that young people like in the park (extra charge).
