What information does ICBC need to change its account opening license?

Fill in the account change application and supporting documents, and report to the bank within 5 working days.

The opening bank shall review the information submitted by the depositor and report it to the local branch of the People's Bank of China within 2 working days after it is correct. If the depositor's name and the person in charge of the unit need to be changed and the original account opening permit needs to be returned, the People's Bank of China will reissue the account opening permit. If the company changes its address, registered capital and other information, the People's Bank of China will make the change in the account management system, and it is not necessary to apply for an account opening license again.

Measures for the administration of RMB bank settlement accounts:

Article 46 Where a depositor changes his name, but does not change the bank and account number, he shall apply to the bank for changing the bank settlement account within 5 working days, and issue the supporting documents of relevant departments.

Article 47 If the legal representative or principal responsible person, address and other account opening information of the unit are changed, it shall notify the account opening bank in writing within 5 working days and provide relevant certificates.

Article 48 After receiving the depositor's notice of change, the bank shall go through the formalities of change in time and report to the People's Bank of China within 2 working days.

Detailed rules for the implementation of the Measures for the Administration of RMB Bank Settlement Accounts:

Article 31 The application for change of bank settlement account mentioned in Article 46 of the Measures means that depositors should fill in the Application for Change of Bank Settlement Account Information when applying for change. If it belongs to the application for changing the bank settlement account of the unit, it shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit; Personal signature should be added to the application for changing the personal bank settlement account.

Article 32 Where a depositor applies to change the depositor's name, legal representative or person in charge of an approved bank settlement account, the bank shall submit the depositor's Application for Change of Bank Settlement Account, account opening permit and relevant supporting documents to the local branch of China People's Bank within 2 working days after receiving the application for change.

In line with the conditions of change, the local branch of the People's Bank of China approved its application for change, withdrew the original account opening license and issued a new account opening license. Do not meet the conditions for change, the local branch of the People's Bank of China shall not approve its application for change.
