Article 1 Contract Term

Article 3 Salary and Benefits

Party A implements the KTV graded salary system in accordance with relevant national regulations and KTV operating conditions, and determines its corresponding salary standards based on the positions and other conditions assumed by Party B. During the employment period The basic monthly remuneration for the two people is RMB (including social insurance, welfare, etc.), and Party B's salary will be paid in full in currency every month.

During the contract period, Party B shall complete the monthly turnover stipulated by Party A: the excess shall be calculated as commission, and the commission shall be settled monthly. During the employment period, Party A may provide accommodation to Party B, but No meals will be provided to Party B.

Working hours, in principle, Party B’s daily working hours are 8 hours (excluding meal time). According to the special needs of Party A’s business, Party B should extend its working hours. Weekly working hours are in accordance with KTV regulations. There are three days of paid off work per month.

Article 5 Employee Education

During Party B’s tenure, Party B must regularly educate Party A’s employees on professional ethics, business technology, job skills, production safety and various rules and regulations. Social legal education.

Article 6 Labor Discipline

(1) Party A shall formulate the "Employee Handbook" and other rules and regulations of the unit in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and relevant policies.

(2) Party B shall strictly abide by Party A’s "Employee Handbook" and other rules and regulations.

(3) Party B must complete the work tasks specified by Party A on time and with high quality. Meet the work standards specified by Party A and abide by the safety and health operating rules formulated by Party A.

(4) Party B must protect Party A’s property and keep Party A’s business secrets. Party B shall not disclose the company's business secret information to anyone during the contract period and after its expiration. Party B shall not work concurrently with any other company during his employment. When Party B's contract is terminated or the company leaves the company for any other reason, all business-related documents and materials, including correspondence, memos, customer lists, charts, and training materials, etc., shall be returned to the department manager.

(5) If Party B violates the provisions of the contract, takes bribes, seriously neglects his duties, or engages in immoral and rude behavior, causing or indicating that it will cause serious damage to the personal and property interests of others, Party B will be punished by law for violating criminal laws. etc., Party A has the right to fire them immediately. Article 7 Conditions for modification, rescission and termination of the labor contract

The content of the labor contract can be changed upon consensus reached by both parties to the contract.

Termination of the labor contract:

During the probation period, both Party A and Party B may terminate the contract by notifying the other party in writing seven days in advance, or paying seven days' wages in lieu of notice. Party B must pay training fees if it breaches the contract.

After the trial period expires, depending on the position, both Party A and Party B in general positions can notify the other party in writing one month in advance or pay one month's salary in lieu of notice.

Party A may terminate the labor contract if the following circumstances are met:

Party A’s business conditions change and the redundant employees cannot change to other types of work;

During the probation period, Party B is proven not to meet the employment conditions;

Party B is ill or injured on the job and cannot engage in the original job after the prescribed medical period expires, nor can he adjust to other jobs or suffer from chronic diseases and Infectious diseases;

Party B seriously violates KTV labor disciplines and rules and regulations, and causes certain consequences, and should be dismissed according to relevant KTV regulations.

If Party B commits theft of company items, embezzlement and bribery, , Party A has the right to terminate the contract and report to the judicial authorities to pursue relevant legal responsibilities.

If Party B disobeys work assignments or is incompetent for his job;

Serious dereliction of duty, malpractice, and If Party A's interests are damaged to a certain extent;

If Party B is detained, re-education through labor, or sentenced for violating national laws and regulations, Party A will be dismissed and this labor contract will be terminated.

Liability for breach of labor contract

Implementation and approval of the contract

The right to interpret this contract belongs to the KTV Human Resources Department.

KTV’s “Employee Handbook” and other rules and regulations are attachments to the contract and are effective parts of the contract. Once this contract is signed, both parties A and B must strictly abide by it, and neither party may unilaterally modify the contents of the contract.
