1, Daokou roast chicken
Daokou Town, hua county, Anyang City is a famous hometown of roast chicken in China. Daokou Roast Chicken is produced by LAY Roast Chicken Shop in Daokou Town, which is one of the famous special foods in Henan Province. Daokou roast chicken was founded in the 18th year of Qing Shunzhi (166 1), with a history of more than 300 years. Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty visited the south, passed by the crossing, ate a roast chicken, woke up with a strange smell and praised it as the best food in the world. Since then, LAY roast chicken has become a tribute. 1955, Zhang Zhisun of Yixing revealed the secret recipe of roast chicken stunt that has been circulating for more than 300 years at the meeting of Henan Provincial Political Consultative Conference. 1956 national day, Daokou roast chicken was given a state banquet. 2. Peony in Luoyang
