1998, Chen Weiguo went to Shenzhen alone and worked in a four-star hotel in Shenzhen. Chen Weiguo himself put a lot of energy into polishing new dishes. He paid attention everywhere, excavated popular food, sorted out more than 200 kinds of commonly used and practical agricultural and sideline products, repeatedly studied the characteristics of lobster, and invented the patent of freshwater lobster processing technology. In recent years, a large number of special dishes have been made, such as Xiyangyang nutritious soup dumpling, Jiangtan pheasant pot, Shoubi Nanshan, Lion Head Grandpa, etc., and more than 50 cooking methods of roasted puffer fish have been personally practiced.

Since the establishment of Jubilance Hotel, Chen Weiguo has never forgotten to become a "Jubilance" brand. At present, the hotel business is booming, and he is planning new development.

At present, Chen Weiguo has invested in a cultural hotel with 65,438+0,000 seats in the north of Xiyangyang Hotel in the West Ring Road. Compared with the existing hotels, the new hotel not only has catering, but also adds rooms, which can provide customers with one-stop catering and accommodation services. After the renovation, Jubilance Hotel will officially move into the new address. It is expected to open in August this year to provide customers with star-rated catering services.
