Zhuhai 17 1 1.24 square kilometers is divided into three administrative districts: Xiangzhou District, Jinwan District and Doumen District. There are national first-class ports such as Gongbei, Jiuzhou Port, Wanchai and Zhuhai-Macao Cross-border Industrial Zone, among which Gongbei Port is the largest land port in China.

Jinwan District: It was officially approved by the State Council on April 4th, 20001year. It is located in the southwest of Zhuhai, on the South China Sea coast between Modaomen and Yamen in the Pearl River Estuary. When it was built, it governed Sanzao, Xiaolin and Nanshui towns in Xiangzhou District and Pingsha and Hongqi towns in Doumen County. The land and sea area of the whole region is 1.600 square kilometers, of which the land area is 447.6 square kilometers and the sea area is 1.000 square kilometers. At present, Sanzao Town and Hongqi Town are directly under the jurisdiction of Jinwan District, and there are 2 1 administrative village (residence) below the town, with a land area of 268.9 square kilometers and a permanent population of about 2 1 10,000.

Doumen District: Doumen District is located at the southwest end of the Pearl River Delta, where Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen meet. 1July, 1965, Zhongshan and Xinhui set aside some towns to establish counties,1July, 1983, came under the jurisdiction of Zhuhai City, and withdrew from the county-building area in April, 200 1 year. At present, the whole region covers an area of 674.8 square kilometers, and governs five towns, namely Jing 'an, Bai Jiao, Doumen, Ganwu and Lianzhou, and Baiteng Street. There are 10 1 administrative villages and 25 community neighborhood committees with a registered population of more than 350,000. It is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese, with overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan 166000 people.

The district sports school was named as the "National High-level Sports Reserve Talent Base", which trained local outstanding sports talents such as zeng qiliang, the "Asian Frog King" and Li Jing, the silver medalist of table tennis in Athens Olympic Games. Doumen's "water marriage" and "custom of loading mud fish" were selected into the national intangible cultural heritage list.

It is connected with Macao by land and Hong Kong by sea. Close to Gaolan Port and Zhuhai Airport, expressway in the west coast and expressway in Zhu Jiang run through the whole territory. The existing "Three Parks" of Fushan Industrial Park, Xinqing Science and Technology Industrial Park, Zhuhai National Agricultural Science and Technology Park and "Four Parks in the Park" such as Hewlett-Packard Smart Industrial Park, Emergency Equipment Industrial Park, Binhai Medical Port and Environmental Protection Industrial Park have formed an advanced equipment manufacturing industry led by CRRC Zhuhai Base and Yuchai Shipbuilding, a new generation of electronic information industry led by Flextronics Group and Founder Technology, which are the world's top 500 enterprises, and an energy-saving and environmental-friendly smart home appliance industry led by Gree Electric.

Wanshan Ocean Development Experimental Zone: formerly known as Zhuhai Wanshan Management Zone. 1988 Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government set up Wanshan Management Zone to implement the "East-West Wing Development Strategy". 1998, the Guangdong Provincial Government approved the establishment of Zhuhai Wanshan Marine Development Experimental Zone on the basis of Wanshan Management Zone, which became the first local marine comprehensive development experimental zone in Guangdong, with Guishan Town, Dangan Town and Wanshan under its jurisdiction. There are 4,278 permanent residents and 2,927 registered residents.

The geographical location is special. Wanshan District is located in the Pearl River Estuary, bordering Hong Kong in the east and Macao in the west, with an area of 3,200 square kilometers under its jurisdiction. The central area is the international anchorage of the Pearl River Estuary, with six internationally famous waterways, such as Daxi and Dahao. At present, Zhuhai High-tech Zone has formally formed a pattern of "one zone with many parks", namely, the main park of Tangjiawan, Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park, Sanzao Science and Technology Industrial Park, Xinqing Science and Technology Industrial Park, Fushan Science and Technology Industrial Park, Aviation Industrial Park and Hengqin High-tech and R&D Park under the jurisdiction of Zhuhai High-tech Zone, with a total area of 369.34 square kilometers.

Zhuhai Free Trade Zone: It is one of the six free trade zones in Guangdong Province. 1 June 1996 1 1 was established in the State Council,1June 19991closed down. It is the latest approved free trade zone in China and the only free trade zone on the west bank of the Pearl River Estuary. It covers an area of 3 square kilometers and reserves 2.89 square kilometers of land for development, ranking fifth in the bonded area. (The top four are Shanghai Waigaoqiao, Dalian, Tianjin Port and Zhangjiagang). 1999 passed the acceptance of the General Administration of Customs in May, and was officially closed for operation in June of the same year. The bonded area is under closed management. Customs, inspection and quarantine, industry and commerce, taxation and other departments have special supervision and service institutions in the region. The CMC exercises the economic management authority granted by the municipal government, uniformly manages the administrative affairs of the bonded area, and coordinates the resident customs, inspection and quarantine, industry and commerce, taxation and other departments to carry out related business in the bonded area.

Bonded area has unique functions and special policies. It mainly has the main functions of bonded processing, bonded logistics and international trade. Enterprises in the area enjoy certain preferential policies in customs supervision, foreign exchange management and taxation compared with those in the non-bonded area.

The external traffic of Zhuhai Free Trade Zone relies on the traffic facilities in Zhuhai. After 20 years of development and construction, Zhuhai has created good land, sea and air traffic conditions. Zhuhai Port has been built as one of the major hub ports in the south of China and has been approved as an open port. High-grade highways are flat and wide, extending in all directions, connecting all parts of China; Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway 1997+00 started construction; Zhuhai Airport, built according to the standards of modern international airports, has opened more than 30 domestic routes.

It consists of Gaolan and Nanshui peninsulas, Triangle Mountain, Hebao, Dalan and other 18 islands and the eastern coastal land of Huangmao. Gaolan Port Area is a national first-class port open to the outside world, and also the main port area of Zhuhai Port, the main coastal hub of China, located in Gaolan Port Economic Zone.
