Use of letters

There are two ways to download the mobile client:

1. Log on to the homepage of official website, click the download center, enter the download page, and select the brand and model of the mobile phone or download it according to the mobile phone system.

2. Enter the wap download address of the mobile phone. If you can't identify the phone model, you will first enter the wap homepage, and you can choose to download by model or platform.

After the download is completed, the installation will begin. During the installation process, it will display: software related information, features and functions, security certification, company information, etc. After the installation is completed, you will enter the login interface.

The mobile phone client automatically sends information to complete registration when installing and logging in for the first time. If the registration is unsuccessful, you can register manually after entering the client. The web version of the letter registration is independent of the mobile phone, so it needs to be registered separately. After logging in to the homepage of official website, click the registration button, jump to the registration interface, enter the mobile phone number, password and email address to complete the registration, and then you can experience the web version of the letter after registration.

Note: Registered SMS is ordinary SMS, which is charged by the operator, and there is no charge for each message. There are three ways to send a short message in a letter:

1. Create a new SMS: click the options menu in Symbian mobile phone and select "Write a new message" or click the new SMS icon at the bottom left of the interface to jump to the SMS interface, edit the SMS and send it; Android and iOS phones can directly click the new SMS icon in the upper right corner of the main interface, jump to the SMS interface, edit the SMS and send it.

2. Reply to SMS: The main interface of SMS chat or conversation displays all the messages sent and received in the SMS box in the form of a list. Click a short message to enter the dialogue interface, edit the short message and send it.

3. Contact selection: Select the contact who wants to send information from friends or all contacts, click to enter the dialogue interface, edit the short message and send it. Enter the SMS interface; Symbian mobile phone clicks the photo button at the lower right to send photos directly; You can select an existing picture from the "Send Picture" option in the "Options" menu. Android and iOS phones click on the smiley face in front of the input box to open the tab of the face text and attachment options. In the text box, you can choose all kinds of lovely text to send. In the attachment box, you can choose a camera to take pictures and send them, or choose pictures from an album to send them.

Image transmission will be compressed according to different mobile phone systems and image sizes, saving traffic for users. The maximum image size supports1m. Entering the SMS interface, Symbian mobile phone clicks on the small microphone icon in the middle below, and a prompt of "Hold down and talk" appears. Press and hold the "Hold Call" key for a long time. When the microphone pattern appears in the center of the screen and prompts "Please start calling", speak into the microphone of the mobile phone, and then release it. For Android and iOS phones, press and hold the "Long Press Record" key on the right side of the input box, and then release it when finished. A letter will automatically send what you say to the other terminal.

Before sending the voice, there will be a message to compress the voice, and the compression rate can reach 6.7Kbps.

Symbian phones open more service tabs, and Android and iOS phones open tool tabs.

Select "Upload Address Book" and a message will automatically back up the contacts in the user's mobile phone address book to the server; After clicking "Download Address Book", the contacts backed up on the server will be restored to the mobile phone.

Users can back up contacts in their mobile phones by using the backup address book function to prevent accidental loss of contacts. Sending a private message from Sina Weibo takes only three steps:

1. Bind Sina Weibo: Tool interface, select "Bind Sina Weibo", and the binding interface will pop up. Enter Sina Weibo account number and password, and click "Bind" to bind successfully. Users without Sina Weibo account can register directly in the binding interface.

2. Import Weibo friends: enter the friends interface, click the small button on the upper left to expand the hidden sidebar on the left, select the Weibo tab, and click "Import Weibo friends". After the import process, friends who have exchanged powder in Sina Weibo will be displayed in the interface.

3. Send a private message to Weibo: Click on a friend to open the information editing interface, edit the content of the private message and send it. Select "Subscribe to Taobao News" to open the Taobao News Subscription page, enter the Taobao account number and password, and select the subscription items. Optional items include: logistics news, baby news, weekly trading report, spike forecast and group purchase forecast. After completing the subscription, you can receive the corresponding message in a letter.
