Which dynasty paid more attention to wine culture?
Eight people, including Li Bai, He, Li, Ruyang Wang Gift, Cui Zongzhi, Zhang Xu and Jiao Sui, were called "Drunken Eight Immortals". Their appearance made the wine culture in Tang Dynasty positive, optimistic and open-minded.
He was fortunate to be one of the senior officials in the Tang Dynasty. They often wore scarabs around their waists to show their noble status. One day, he met his good friend Li Bai, and they raised their glasses and drank together. As it happens, He Zhangzhi didn't bring a drink, so he took off the scarab ornament at his waist as a drink without hesitation, and both sides were drunk. Since then, "scarab for wine" has become synonymous with deep friendship.
Chang 'an wine market was very popular and prosperous at that time. There are many restaurants in the square, and the crowds are woven and the reputation is far-reaching. Even the emperor couldn't resist the temptation to send someone to buy wine.
Outside the East Gate of Chang 'an City, there are many pubs on both sides of the official road, stretching for dozens of miles, all the way to Zhao Ying (now Lintong). Pedestrians can "drink as much as they want" or even "give it to pedestrians", which is called "Ma Xie Cup". It can be said that this is the real "express hotel"! Among these bars, "Hu Hotel" is the most popular.
The pub opened by the Hu people is full of mellow wine, and the waiters are all Hu Ji. They are unique in temperament, enthusiastic in service and talented, attracting literati to linger.
In the wine culture of Tang Dynasty, poems related to wine are essential. The most famous is Wei Cheng Qu by Wang Wei:
Weicheng is drizzling,
The guest rooms are green and willow.
I advise you to drink more wine,
There is no reason to go out of Yangguan in the west.
With the spread of this poem, pubs in Weicheng followed suit, and many relatives and friends who went to the western regions and Bashu went to Weicheng to bid farewell. At one time, the Acropolis pub became the "big V" in the circle.
In the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, Song Taizu and Zhao Kuangyin used banquets to relieve the founding heroes of their military power. Therefore, the wine culture in Song Dynasty developed gradually in a strong political atmosphere.
During the Northern Song Dynasty, people lived a rich and comfortable life, and drinking "flower wine" became the standard at that time, and there was even a saying that "there was no prostitute to sit on". In order to sell more food and wine, the pub called prostitutes to support it. Prostitutes seduce ordinary people and make more money from them. The two are mutually beneficial and hit it off. In order to get rich liquor profits, the government turned a blind eye to this and encouraged this behavior in disguise.
The wine culture in Song Dynasty can not be separated from Song Ci. The famous poetess Li Qingzhao's "Like a Dream, Last Night's Storm" is well-known and has been passed down through the ages.
Last night, it rained suddenly and the wind blew, so I slept soundly and didn't consume wine.
Ask the shutter man, Haitang is still there.
Do you know that?/You know what? Do you know that?/You know what?
It should be green, fat and thin!
This word established the poet's status as a "talented woman", and described the poet's mentality of drinking to drown his sorrows and falling in love with a girl, with a proper turning point and agility and nature. It is said that after seeing this word, Zhao Mingcheng dreamed of lovesickness day and night. Li Qingzhao's ci brought fresh breath to the wine culture in Song Dynasty.
