How to learn to maintain cold storage?

In the use of cold storage, we should not only pay attention to the safety of machinery such as air coolers and condensers, but also pay attention to the safety of warehouses. Only by doing all-round safety work can we give full play to the role of cold storage and bring you the greatest economic benefits. The warehouse management of cold storage involves many requirements, so it is necessary to establish and improve the post responsibility system and do every job well. So how to use the cold storage warehouse correctly? The following points must be done well:

1. Prevent water and steam from infiltrating into the insulation layer, and strictly control "ice, frost, water, doors and lights".

1) Remove ice, frost and water from the walls, floors, doors and ceilings of halls and warehouses in time.

2) The exhaust pipe and air cooler in the warehouse should be defrosted in time to improve the refrigeration efficiency and save electricity, and the water tray of the air cooler should not accumulate water.

3) Hot goods that are not thawed are not allowed to enter the freezer to prevent the freezer from being damaged and ensure the quality of the goods.

4) Take good care of the refrigerated doors, close the doors behind when the goods enter and leave, and repair the damaged doors in time, so as to be flexible in opening and tight in closing, and not escape the cold. The air curtain should work normally.

2. Do a good job in building maintenance.

1) When the warehouse is vacant, the temperature of the freezing room and freezer should be kept below -5℃ to prevent freeze-thaw cycle; The cooling room should be kept below the dew point temperature to prevent the warehouse from dripping.

2) In order to protect the floor, do not spread the goods directly on the floor and freeze them. Unhook or rubber plate shall not fall on the floor, nor shall it be piled down. The management of anti-freezing facilities on floors should be done well, and regular inspections should be made to prevent accidents.

3) The quality of goods stacking and rail hanging shall not exceed the design load to prevent damage to buildings.

4) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the building on a regular basis, and handle and maintain the problems found in time.

3. Be sure to maintain the circuit.

The electrical wiring in the warehouse should be maintained frequently to prevent leakage accidents, and the lights should be turned off when leaving the warehouse.

4. Strictly implement the spacing requirements of goods in the warehouse.

In order to make the stacking of goods safe and firm, and to facilitate inventory, inspection and goods entering and leaving the warehouse, there are certain requirements on the distance between the stacking of goods and walls, roofs, pipes and passages.
