Yang Zaijun, who tasted the sweetness of raising ducks for the first time, was full of joy.

"Sansui Duck", also known as Sansui Ma Duck, is domesticated from wild ducks and is famous for its abundant eggs, fast growth, tender meat, high amino acid content and low cholesterol content. It is also known as one of the four famous ducks in China with Beijing Duck, Shaoxing Duck and Gaoyou Duck. As early as 1982, it was recorded in China Poultry Variety Record, and was included in Poultry Variety Record in 2003.

At the beginning of 2008, the County Animal Husbandry Bureau provided more than 3,000 "Sansui Duck" seedlings to Yang Zaijun for free. After the slaughter, the county animal husbandry bureau took back the helpers and sold them. Yang Zaijun earned more than 8,000 yuan at once and tasted the sweetness. He raised more than 2000. With the social experience of working outside the home, Yang Zaijun now has his own market. After the ducks are released, businessmen from Taijiang, Jinping and Jianhe will drive and call to buy them.

With the development of "Sansui Duck" industry in Sansui County year by year, some Sansui people who have been working outside the home all the year round have returned to their hometown to become "duck commanders", and Yang Zaijun is one of them. This year, the county has implemented the construction of 30 Sansui duck breeding communities with 4,800 farmers. It is estimated that the annual output of Sansui ducks will exceed 2.5 million, and the output value will exceed 50 million yuan. The county has also established the duck breeding association in Sansui County, and the township (town) village has established 20 duck breeding branches with nearly 2,000 members, which has become a new force in the development of duck breeding in Sansui County. According to the planning of the county party committee and government, by 20 1 1 year, the breeding scale of "Sansui Duck" in this county will reach 8 million. Sansui county has been raising ducks for 600 years, and is known as the "duck town". In the past, due to the lack of leading enterprises to drive and cultivate the market, duck deep processing and series product development were weak, and farmers mainly sold in bulk, which made the "three-eared duck" unable to become an industrial climate. The brand "Sansui Duck" has not started, and the outside world knows little about it except Sansui County and surrounding counties and cities. At the same time, several other famous local ducks in China are making a big fuss about the market, deep processing and development of series products, especially Beijing Roast Duck, because "Beijing Roast Duck" is well known and roast duck shops are all over the country.

It is the historical responsibility that Sansui county government must fulfill to speed up the industrialization development of Sansui duck and promote farmers' income and financial growth. In accordance with the strategy of "developing agriculture and stabilizing the county" and the goal of building "three major brands", the county has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of all parties and is determined to make Sansui duck industry bigger, stronger and better.

Since 2003, the county has successively formulated the Planning for the Industrialization Construction of Sansui Duck and the Implementation Opinions on the Industrialization Construction of Sansui Duck, and successively issued a number of policies and measures to vigorously support the industry of Sansui Duck and ensure its leap-forward development. It is clear that more than 50% of the county-level animal husbandry development fund is used to develop the Sansui duck industry, and the funds related to supporting agriculture are integrated and invested in the Sansui duck industry. It is stipulated that each duckling should be subsidized to 2 yuan (including epidemic prevention subsidy 1 yuan) in the breeding communities (villages) with a breeding scale of more than 40,000 and key farmers with 1 10,000, and the enclosure subsidy should be given. Where Sansui ducks are sold outside the county, the county animal husbandry bureau will go through the quarantine formalities free of charge, and the county duck production office will reward 0. 1 yuan/bird.

In addition, the county has also increased its efforts to attract investment. In August last year, Qin Zheng Company was successfully introduced from Sichuan, and a farm with an annual stock of 8,000 pure Sansui ducks was established in Tonglin Town, which can provide more than 1 10,000 Sansui ducks every year, effectively promoting the development of Sansui duck industry. According to Qin Bo, the general manager of Qin Zheng Company, the company plans to implement unified duck breeding, unified technology, unified feed and unified recycling in three years, and intensify the deep processing and product development of Sansui Duck, and the products will be sold to Chongqing and other places, so as to establish the brand image of "Sansui Duck" in an all-round way.

In March this year, Sansui County set up a leading group and office for duck industrialization construction, and recently introduced measures to raise support funds through multiple channels, support 1 to two enterprises in the development and production of Sansui duck products in advance, and give certain financial subsidies to enterprises engaged in the development and production of Sansui duck products; Help enterprises to increase their investment and expand their scale by means of discount loans; Encourage the development of new products and give certain rewards to those who launch new products with market access and competitive advantages; Subsidies will be given to large-scale projects such as introducing new technologies and equipment and building modern production lines. In July this year, the local enterprise Yuyi Duck Industry Co., Ltd. in Sansui County was established. According to the unified deployment of the county, the company first established the scale of brand re-development and devoted itself to the research and development of natural, green and ecological "Sansui Duck" series products. At present, there are plasma duck, braised duck, stewed duck, ecological duck eggs and other products, which have changed the backward situation of selling live ducks in the past. "In today's commodity age, if there are good things, you must shout loudly." Yang Xiuxi, secretary of the Sansui County Party Committee, told reporters with deep feelings.

Going to the market to drink, Sansui County once tasted the sweetness. In 2005, Sansui County held an investment promotion conference in Dongguan International Convention and Exhibition Center, which was the first initiative to show good intentions in the eastern coastal areas and achieved remarkable results. Last year, there were 13 investment projects in the county, with contract investment of1924,000 yuan and actual investment of10/0.9 million yuan, which was nearly 14 times higher than that of 7.3 million yuan in 2000.

Today, the county is more confident to face the market and sip its superior products again. The county plans to open a franchise distribution company and a specialty store of "Sansui Duck" by direct sales to strengthen brand awareness and brand protection. Emphasis is placed on taking advantage of various opportunities to participate in exhibitions, organize tasting parties, continue to organize the Sansui Duck Cooking Competition, and carry out various promotional activities. We also make full use of various advertising media to widely publicize "Sansui Duck", and the county duck production office has specially formulated publicity materials and "Sansui Duck" information website. At present, the trademark registration of "Sansui Duck" as the origin has been accepted by the State Trademark Office.

On August 16, 2008, the "2008 Guiyang Sansui Duck Tasting Promotion Conference" was successfully held in Guiyang, which officially took the first step to promote the brand of Sansui Duck. Representatives from 50 catering enterprises in the province attended the tasting meeting. On the basis of the local characteristics of "Sansui Duck" and the cooking characteristics of Guizhou cuisine and Cantonese cuisine, the chefs fully displayed "Sansui Duck" and invited experts such as Wang Shijie and Zhu Huida of Guizhou cuisine to taste and score on the spot, which was well received by the participants.
