Third, the recruitment target and conditions
(1) Having China nationality;
(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws;
(3) Having good conduct;
(4) Professional or skill requirements required for the post;

Four. Recruitment procedures and steps
(A) release recruitment information
Recruitment information is published in Chizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Guichi Personnel Network and Guichi Education and Sports Network.
(2) Registration and qualification examination
1, registration time and place
The registration time is from June 25th to June 29th, 20 12, and the daily registration time is from 8: 00 am to 2: 00 pm12, and from 4: 30 pm 17: 30 pm. 2. Registration requirements
Applicants must hold graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, valid ID card and three recent bareheaded one-inch color photos, and fill in the registration form. If the fresh graduates are unable to provide graduation certificate and teacher qualification certificate, they should provide the original and photocopy of the employment recommendation form for graduates and relevant certification materials (the original graduation certificate and teacher qualification certificate must be provided for verification before July 3/KLOC-0).
Applicants should register by post (discipline), and each person is limited to one post (discipline). The subjects you apply for must be consistent with the majors you have studied and the teaching subjects recognized by teachers' qualifications. Graduates majoring in primary education in normal universities, who do not specify the teaching subject in the teacher qualification certificate, can apply for their own majors according to the direction of arts and sciences they have studied.
The ratio of the number of applicants for the recruitment position (discipline) to the number of people in the recruitment plan shall not be less than 3: 1, otherwise the number of people in the recruitment plan for the position (discipline) shall be reduced or cancelled accordingly, and the applicants who cancel or reduce the recruitment position shall be notified to report to other positions in time. After the reduction or cancellation of recruitment posts, with the approval of Chizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, they will be transferred to posts (disciplines) with a high proportion of applicants in the same category and announced. The positions (disciplines) added in the recruitment plan can be reported on June 30th at 20 12. 3. Examination fee
According to the document [2009] 1 18 of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance, each person will be charged a written examination fee of 90 yuan (45 yuan in each subject and 90 yuan in two subjects); 80 yuan, the interview fee is charged by each interviewer and paid when the interview notice is received.
4. Qualification examination
At the time of registration, the district human resources and social security bureau and the district education bureau will conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applicants.

(3) Written examination and interview
1, written test
The written test subjects are "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs" and "Professional Knowledge", with full marks of 100, and the total written test scores account for 20% and 80% respectively. The basic knowledge of public education mainly includes pedagogy, educational psychology, educational regulations and teachers' professional ethics. Professional knowledge refers to the relevant professional knowledge of the subjects that candidates apply for (starting from high school knowledge).

For those who meet the conditions of "serving grass-roots projects" ("university student village officials", "special post teachers", "three supports and one support" personnel, and volunteer college students serving the western region), the written test scores of each subject will be increased by 2 points after being reviewed according to the prescribed procedures and publicized without objection. Candidates will provide the required materials for extra points at the time of registration, which will be publicized after passing the examination, and will not be reissued after the deadline.
For positions where the ratio of the actual number of written test participants to the number of recruitment positions is less than 3: 1, the total written test score of this position is set to 60, and candidates whose total written test score does not reach 60 are not allowed to enter the interview.
Step 2 interview
According to the total score of written test and the number of recruitment plans, the interviewer's classification and position (subject) are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:2 (if the last one is tied, it is determined to be an interviewer). The interview was conducted in the form of lectures, which mainly tested the practical ability of education and teaching, with a full score of 100. The interview results will be announced on the spot, and the interview time and place will be notified separately.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, if the actual number of interviewees is less than or equal to the planned number of recruitment positions (disciplines), a minimum control qualification line shall be set. If the interview score is lower than the average interview score of all candidates in the examination room on that day, they may not enter the medical examination procedure.
3. Achievement synthesis
The calculation method of candidates' final comprehensive score: total written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.
(4) Physical examination and investigation
According to the final comprehensive score and the number of recruitment plans, according to the application category, according to the proportion of subjects (positions) from high score to low score 1: 1. Those who fail to attend the medical examination on time will be disqualified, and those who are disqualified or fail to pass the medical examination will be replenished in turn according to the final comprehensive score of the interviewer.
Examination of qualified medical personnel. The inspection is organized and implemented by the District People's Social Security Bureau and the District Education Bureau. (5) Publicity
According to the investigation results, the personnel to be hired are determined and publicized for 7 days.
(6) Employment
According to the number of recruitment plans and the final comprehensive results, the positions (disciplines) are divided into high scores and low scores, and candidates choose the schools to be hired according to the types of schools they apply for, and go through the recruitment procedures according to regulations.
