In order to improve the overall quality of the security team and create excellent skills and a good image, security guards must increase their professional skills, physical fitness, and emergency response capabilities. We will provide training, exercise and discipline management in other aspects to create a security team that can afford to be lifted up and put down, and strive to achieve a qualitative change in the security team within half a year. In view of the actual situation of our factory, we have made the following plan:

1. Training of professional skills, physical fitness and emergency response ability:

3-5 km long-distance running training is conducted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, boxing training is conducted on Tuesday, and firefighting training is conducted on Thursday Skills training; no training on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

(3) Hold a factory-wide staff meeting (or other activities) in the factory area. While arranging personnel to guard the site, personnel should also be arranged to strengthen peripheral patrols to prevent fishing in troubled waters.

2. Strengthen patrol inspections and set up several sign-in boxes in the factory office buildings, production workshops, and dormitories; the day shift will sign in every two hours; the night shift will patrol once an hour. It is required that any abnormal phenomena discovered during patrols should be promptly reported to the shift (team) leader for handling. Each position must keep records of work attendance and handover records, and the class (team) leader shall supervise the implementation.

3. Strengthen the gate inspection and registration system, and resolutely not let in and out people, goods, vehicles, etc. without complete procedures; we must politely inquire and receive visitors.

4. In order to be able to trace the incident and have evidence to rely on, it is recommended to install monitoring equipment at important points in the factory so that the suspects have nowhere to hide and to facilitate the public security organs to collect evidence.
