Jinyu Bridge is located between Chengdong Group and Shura Group in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, across Luoyang River. The main bridge and approach bridge are about 3.4 kilometers long. It is an important urban bridge connecting Chengdong Group and quanzhou taiwanese investment zone, and it is a first-class urban trunk road. general situation
On 20 1 1 March11day, Quanzhou Urban and Rural Planning Bureau held the Jinyu Bridge Design Competition. * * * Four schemes 17 bridge type, and finally experts recommended three bridge types of three schemes, namely "Fuze Jinyu" (continuous beam combined triangular arch bridge).
Fukuzawa Yukichi: Continuous Beam Composite Triangle Arch Bridge
Design concept: the triple triangle arch is like a pyramid, and the outline of the combination of high and low symbolizes the island walking on the sea, which explains the mountain geographical characteristics of Quanzhou in the overall appearance. The combination of triangular arch and pier column looks like the word "Taiwan", which vividly shows the connection between the bridge and the Taiwanese investment zone.
Main Bridge: The main bridge is a three-span and one-link prestressed concrete continuous beam composite triangular arch bridge.
The span of the main bridge is 76+ 1 18+76=270 meters, and it is divided into three transverse frames, with the middle frame being a light rail lane and municipal beams on both sides. Among them, the width of single municipal bridge deck is 20.5 meters, and the width of light rail bridge deck is 1 1 meter.
In this scheme, a continuous approach bridge with variable height is set, and the continuous jump curve gives the bridge a strong sense of rhythm and dynamic characteristics. The pier is designed as a cantilever integral pier with two piers. The landscape is simple, which reduces the overall heaviness of the bridge, has good visual permeability and reduces the foundation scale.
Interchange: * * Set up two interchanges, namely, Wuyu Lijiao Interchange and Shura Interchange. For Wuyu Interchange, the designer recommends overlapping double horn type, which turns from four left to traffic. According to the size of traffic volume, semi-directional ramp connection is used for large traffic volume and circular ramp connection is used for small traffic volume; The four right-turn ramps are treated differently according to land use conditions and interoperability. For the abundant land conditions on the east side of Fenghai Road, the direct ramp connection is adopted, and the west side of Fenghai Road is blocked, so the right turn auxiliary road connection is adopted.
Luoxiu Interchange, in view of making full use of the beach outside the coastal channel, the grade of interchange is more reasonable, so it is suggested to adopt a mixed interchange, which is arranged on the west side of the coastal channel, and the ramp is arranged on the west side of the coastal channel to underpass the approach bridge. At the same time, considering the requirements of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles crossing the river, non-motor vehicle lanes and footbridges are set on both sides of the approach bridge, which are directly connected with the pedestrian and non-motor vehicle lane systems on both sides of the coastal passage after passing through the ramp bridge below or above, so as to facilitate the passage of pedestrians and non-motor vehicle lanes.
Sailing to the sea: flat deck cable-stayed bridge
Design concept: Towering masts, full sails and tight sails embody the historical and cultural connotation of "the largest port in the East" in ancient times, implying that Quanzhou, a big ship of economic development, is "sailing out to sea". At the same time, the combination of decorative bridge towers is like a "note", which symbolizes that Quanzhou's economic development is relying on the new movement of Jianghai.
Main Bridge: The tower column of this bridge adopts A-type mast shape, decorated with sails with staggered arc design, and matched with ropes representing sailboats, just like the main tower leaning slightly to the east when entering and leaving a busy harbor, which not only has the tension and strength of landscape momentum, but also expresses the direction of "east to south" and "going along the river to the sea" in today's urban development.
Interchange: * * There are two interchanges, namely Wuyu Lijiao Interchange and Shura Interchange. Wuyu Interchange adopts one-way T-junction. Binjiang West Road crosses two left-turn ramps of Jinyu Bridge, and then crosses the west side of Binjiang West Road to connect with Binjiang West Road. Binjiang West Road goes to and from Chengdong Street, which is solved by grade crossing under the viaduct. The non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks of Chengdong Street pass through grade crossing under the bridge, then pass through two right-turn ramps and merge into Jinyu Bridge. According to the designer, the main traffic direction ramp has obvious directionality, fast running speed and good driving conditions.
Shura interworking also adopts semi-directional T-type interworking. There are some differences in traffic organization. Specifically, there are two left-turn ramps from Binjiang East Road to Jinyu Bridge, passing through Binjiang East Road first, and then on the west side of Binjiang East Road, crossing each other and connecting with Binjiang East Road. Binjiang East Road goes to Huicheng Avenue, which is solved by grade crossing under the viaduct. After crossing the bridge, the non-motor vehicle lanes and pedestrian walkways of Huicheng Avenue merge into Jinyu Bridge through two right-turn ramps.
Luohe, Jin Fei: Tied Arch Bridge with Steel Truss Girder
Design concept: Quanzhou is the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, and the design inspiration of the arch bridge comes from the Silk Road. The arch column washed like silk is elegant without losing strength. It seems that merchant ships from ancient times have crossed time and space, crossed bridges and fluttered between the sea and the sky. The facade of the bridge looks like a bird, with floodplain wetlands on both sides, telling a harmonious story.
The layout of asymmetric high-low arch just adapts to the layout of waterway. Whether it is the scenery of the bridge deck or the elevation of the arch bridge by boat, you can always feel the visual experience full of tension and shock.
Main Bridge: Extra-large tied arch bridge with steel truss beam for highway and railway, consisting of large arch and small arch, with spans of 130m and 50m respectively, and the total length of the main bridge is 440m.
The main bridge has eight lanes, two lanes of urban light rail and two-sided pedestrian walkway. The eight lanes are located on the bridge deck, sidewalks on both sides and double-track light rail respectively, and on the lower beam of the truss beam of the main bridge, forming a double-deck super-large highway and track bridge.
Interchange: The bridge and the lateral roads on both sides form two interchange nodes, namely Fenghai Road Interchange and Coastal Corridor Interchange. For Fenghai Grand Passage Interchange, the designers recommend adopting the form of semi-interchange, with Chengdong Street (west) and Fenghai Road crossing at the same level, and Jinyu Bridge and Fenghai Road using two semi-directional ramps to form a double Y-shaped interchange. Pedestrians and non-motor vehicles get on and off the bridge through the stair ramp and connect with Fenghai Road. For large-scale coastal passage interchange, the designer recommends the use of semi-interchange. Huicheng Avenue (east) intersects with the coastal passage transversely, and Jinyu Bridge and the coastal passage adopt two semi-directional ramps to form a double Y-shaped interchange. Pedestrians and non-motor vehicles get on and off the bridge through stairs and ramps, and are connected with the coastal passageway.
Construction significance
Jinyu Bridge is an important connecting passage between Quanzhou East Group and quanzhou taiwanese investment zone. Influenced by the natural barrier of Luoyang River, the traffic connection between Quanzhou central city and Taiwanese investment zone across Luoyang River mainly depends on Luoyang Xinqiao (National Highway 324) in the north and Houzhu Bridge in the south, and the lack of convenient passages in the middle greatly reduces the convenience of communication among groups, which directly affects the overall development process of Quanzhou city.
The construction of the bridge will further improve the traffic trunk network of urban agglomerations on both sides of Luoyang River, reduce the traffic pressure in the city and share the resources of the two places, which is of great significance to promoting the construction and development of the east and Shura groups and the landscape planning and construction of Luoyang River.
