Is Bailu Town in Pengzhou fun? Where is Bailu Town?

I used to wonder under what circumstances I would go to Bailu Town to see it, because the public accounts I followed described this place so beautifully that even my little mind began to move. , in the end, I couldn’t resist the temptations one after another, so I packed my bags and set off.

Bailu Town Gate

Along the way, from the plains to the hills and then to the mountains, the wind in the mountains was blowing and it was very cool. Perhaps because we were in the mountains, the mobile phone signal was not very good, but this allowed our group to fully experience the atmosphere of the mountains, which is difficult to come into contact with in urban Chengdu.

Above the mountains

Bailu Town is basically deep in the mountains. If it weren't for the Internet publicity, we might not even know there is such a lovely place.

The first picture above is the main entrance of Bailu Town. There is a balloon seller at the door, and the children like it very much. What tourists from out of town are probably more interested in is the sweet and oily fruits sold at the door. I thought the attractions would be very expensive, but when I asked, they only cost two yuan per bunch. Thinking about the sugar-oiled fruits nicknamed "Swan Eggs" in Jinli, Chengdu, which cost five yuan per bunch, I felt that the rural style here was quite simple.

The church at the door

There is a church outside the main entrance. To go up, you have to climb a long flight of steps. On both sides of the steps are lawns like the one pictured below. It’s quite beautiful to squat down and take photos. So the sun was scorching hot, and I saw newlyweds taking photos. They were so sunburned that they still had to smile, feeling a little sorry for them. I really like to see the way the photographer takes photos, that kind of focused and serious attitude is very professional. I once thought that if I were also that photographer, I would be very nervous. If the shoot takes too long, the client will get angry. If you're in a hurry, the results will depend on your luck. Actually, I quite like taking portraits. It doesn’t have to be a pose

You can always get a lot of surprises by walking and taking photos without being pretentious. Not much to say, just pictures.

The lawn next to the steps

There are many interesting small stones and sculptures on the roadside in Bailu Town. It may be that the designers were particularly fond of music at the time. Their themes were all musical notes, which suddenly made the entire colorful European-style town look more lively.

The three brothers, red, yellow and blue

Full of musical notes

This is a small town with imitation European architecture. There is only one street with such beautiful buildings. However, there are many tourists taking photos. Indeed, it feels like every single one is very artistic.

A beautiful street

A colorful world

There is a middle school in Bailu Town that was abandoned due to the earthquake. It is now a kind of memorial hall. It’s a role. It is said that the earth shook at that time, and the two teaching buildings that were originally on the same level suddenly had a height difference of about one floor. There are many statues of students escaping from the building in front. Looking at them, I can't help but think of how I held the hands of my classmates and stumbled out of the teaching building. So many years have passed, but the impression is still so profound. The building at the back is the most awesome teaching building, and there is no trace of the disaster it has experienced on the outside. I don’t want to talk too much about the earthquake. It is a pain that all Sichuan people who have experienced it personally cannot forget and cannot bear to forget.

Always remember it

This place is really small, and one or two hours is enough to walk around. There is a small river, and the teahouse by the river is full of people. Adults and children are playing in the shallow river water.

Perhaps due to financial problems in the later stage, the houses in a small town are all cement houses that have not been renovated. It seems to be in sharp contrast to the prosperity next to it, which inevitably becomes a negative point for small town tourism. There is also parking in the sandy land divided by the villagers, which also affects the appearance.

The entertainment atmosphere in the town is not strong, and friends who want to have fun will easily be disappointed. However, it is an excellent place for those who want to take photos. Travel guide
