Legal analysis: Hotel special trade license does not need annual inspection. The regular inspection of administrative organs must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations, and the corresponding certification documents shall be issued. 1. Proof materials of legal and fixed business premises and facilities, which belong to the same building and bungalow courtyard as the residence and need to use entrances, exits and passages, shall also be submitted to all residents for approval; 2, the legal representative or person in charge of the identity certificate and a copy of it, and there is no guarantee of the provisions of article tenth of this ordinance; 3. The geographical location and internal structure plan of the business premises (including warehouses); 4. Name pre-approval notice issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce and its copy; 5. Other materials that should be submitted according to law.

Legal basis: Paragraph 2 of Article 62 of the Administrative Licensing Law stipulates that administrative organs must conduct regular inspections in accordance with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations and issue corresponding certification documents. However, in reality, there are no relevant laws and administrative regulations to support the annual examination of the Hotel Industry Special Trade Permit. According to the spirit of China's legislative law, the law does not expressly stipulate that there is no violation of the law and no punishment. Similarly, the law on administrative organs does not explicitly stipulate that it is not allowed to act indiscriminately.
