How to layout and design hotel guest bathrooms

The most basic requirement for a hotel bathroom is to reasonably arrange the "three major pieces": sink, toilet, and shower room. Sometimes, some cleaning tools in the home are also included, such as the placement of washing machines, mop pools (consider cleaning dirt), daily necessities, storage of cleaning tools, etc.

During the architectural design of the bathroom, the drainage locations of the "three major items" have been arranged. Unless the location is insufficient or the design is unreasonable, do not change the drainage location easily. Especially for toilets, never move the drainage location away from the original sewage pipe for the sake of appearance. Doing so will destroy the original waterproof layer, causing hidden dangers of water leakage, and endless troubles. The basic layout method of the "three major pieces" is from the outside to the inside: starting from the bathroom door, the most ideal is the sink close to the bathroom door, and the toilet close to its side, and the shower room is set at the innermost end. This is very good in terms of function, function or appearance.

The design of the sink is determined by the size of the bathroom. Nowadays, the average bathroom area is about 3-6 square meters. A certain amount of aisle and activity space must be reserved around the sink in the bathroom, which is 5 square meters. For bathrooms, a 1.0m long and 0.6m wide sink is sufficient. The shower room can be a ready-made independent shower room separated by glass or shower curtain, or you can make your own shower room. The standard size of the shower room is 0.9m*0.9m, and the ideal size is 1m*1m, unless The space is extremely small and should not be less than 0.8m*0.8m, otherwise even turning around and rubbing your back will be in the way. The depth of the glass partition door should not be less than 0.9m. When setting up a shower room, you should consider the location of the bathroom heater and its corresponding position, and also consider whether opening the window will not affect it.

In addition to the above "three major items", a mop pool can be installed in the bathroom. If the guest bathroom is a squat toilet, a mop faucet can be installed. If the area allows, the washing machine can also be placed in the bathroom, but separation of wet and dry parts should be considered to avoid excessive moisture near the washing machine, which may cause parts to be easily corroded.

Home bathrooms also need to consider how to cleverly arrange various storage spaces. You can make a big fuss around the sink. In addition to towel rings, paper towel holders, etc., there must be cabinets under the sink, which can effectively store a large number of toilet cleaning supplies and baskets for dirty clothes. You can "dig" into the side wall to make a storage cabinet. Or use a mirror as a mirror cabinet to set up daily people's hygiene products or women's cosmetics, etc., and try to avoid piling supplies on the sink. A towel rack can be installed above the toilet to place clean towels or bathrobes. Glass shelves and towel racks can be placed in the shower room to place shower supplies.
