Known as one of the "eight most beautiful coastlines in China" by National Geographic magazine, it has been a tourist attraction in Shenzhen since ancient times.

The popularity makes the value of sea view rooms in South Australia stand out. But as a holiday home, it is different. It's good to spend a few nights at the seaside in your spare time and feel the vastness and tolerance of the sea, which can make people look down on many things.

The orientation of the seascape villa, sitting in the northwest, facing southeast, with its back to the sea, is like coming to a fairy tale. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the rising sun in Ran Ran, Ran Ran at sea level. No wonder local people choose to build their houses on the edge of this cliff facing the sea.

The house is next to the cliff and the sea. If you encounter natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, it is simply a state of being caught between Scylla and Charybdis. When the sea is angry, waves tens of meters high come, and there is nowhere to hide. Plus the cliff behind it makes people feel scared.

From the point of view of UAV, it can be seen that the mountain in the middle part once collapsed in a large area, but the house was not damaged, indicating that the mountain collapsed before the house was built, but no one can guarantee that this will happen again in the future.

Moreover, the building quality of these houses looks particularly thin, and the houses by the sea are affected by the sea breeze, so they should be made stronger.

Generally, better materials will be selected, such as 304 stainless steel, which is usually very good, and 3 16 stainless steel with oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance will be used at the seaside.

However, there are many phenomena of cutting corners in these dozens of villas. For example, the thickness of the external wall of a normal house should reach 24 cm, and the thickness of the floor should reach 10 cm to be qualified. But the walls and floors here are obviously thinner than normal buildings, and the floor-to-ceiling doors and windows facing the sea are too big. In case of strong wind, it is likely to blow away the French windows.

Perhaps because of these security considerations, more than a dozen villas here have been abandoned, but I don't know if the documents and procedures here are complete. If the procedures are incomplete, how did several families move in?

Now these 10 seascape villas have become a paradise for camping enthusiasts. People often camp here, and it's nice to stay for two nights for free occasionally.
