Many times, teachers will contact multiple hotels for you to interview, and students can choose the place they want to practice. Of course, there are also irresponsible schools that push you to a place, whether you are satisfied or not, even if you have completed the task. In fact, during your internship, teachers and schools should also keep in touch with you. Teachers will come to the hotel regularly to ask about your situation and difficulties. In other words, unless we leave Switzerland, the school will always be responsible for us! Students are advised to master more local languages in peacetime. Even if you don't speak perfectly in the interview, people will think that you are studying hard and are willing to work in German or French.

I found an internship hotel, and then I got a real job. Many students complain that they are too tired at work or can't communicate without friends. But please think about how to be a hotel industry. Even the boss starts as a waiter. Personally, I cherish this opportunity, and I am also tired to some extent. We are all spoiled children in China, and we have never had the experience of serving others tea and cleaning the room. We need a physical and psychological adaptation process. But when your efforts are praised by the manager, you will be proud of yourself when you get paid! You not only beat yourself, but also won the recognition of others! Speaking of salary, the salary of our interns should not be lower than the Swiss minimum wage, which is about 2,200 Swiss francs (before tax). My personal after-tax salary is 1942 Swiss francs. I am responsible for my own accommodation. Many hotels provide accommodation for employees, but it is also a good choice for our students to deduct some accommodation fees accordingly. You can also rent a relatively cheap house with friends. Of course, with your efforts, you will get unlimited tips, which depends on your personal play. Some people can get 300-400 Swiss francs a month, while others only have dozens. Believe in yourself, pay and return are directly proportional.

Let's talk about interpersonal relationships. Why do some students say that they will be discriminated against and that their status here is low, and no one takes it seriously? But why not find the reason from yourself? Most basically, as a service person, are you majoring in gfd? Foreigners attach great importance to this. If your shirt is always wrinkled, if your hair is always messy, if your shoes are always dirty, then they will think that you are not responsible for yourself and you will not be a trustworthy person. Why do you always feel that others ignore you? Ask yourself, have you ever actively communicated with your colleagues? If they can't speak English, would you like to try to say "good morning" to them with a smile in German or French? At the end of the internship, my colleagues held a farewell party for me, and everyone was reluctant to go. I also left contact information one after another, and the evaluation given by the manager also included that I got along well with everyone and made many good friends! I believe that people in any country, no matter how arrogant and indifferent, will warmly welcome you to join when they feel your sincerity and your efforts.

As we all know, Switzerland is a non-immigrant country, and it is difficult for the immigration bureau to stay in a formal job! However, we still have students who have successfully stayed, depending on whether the unit you choose has credibility in the local government and whether your position is urgently needed. Many hotel managers also welcome students to stay and continue their work. But from another perspective, many students don't want to stay as waiters, because they think that the domestic hotel industry is in urgent need of professionals, and our social value will be reflected in China.
