Zhongyue Temple is located about 3 kilometers east of Dengfeng, at the foot of Huanggaifeng at the foot of Taishi Mountain. Its predecessor was Taishi Temple, which was built in the Qin Dynasty (22 BC1-207 BC). It is a place to worship the gods of Taishi Mountain. The existing organizational system basically retains the scale after reconstruction in the Qing Dynasty, and it is the best preserved ancient architectural complex in Henan Province.

Passing through the archway, you will see an octagonal pavilion-Medicine Residue Pavilion. From here, pass through Tianzhong Pavilion and Chongsheng Gate and enter the Second Hospital. In the four corners of the Shenku on the east side of the Second Hospital, there are four iron men cast in the Song Dynasty.

Each iron man weighs about four tons and is brave and powerful. He is the earliest and best iron man in China. There are also two stone tablets on the east and west sides of the courtyard, both of which record the history of the reconstruction of Zhongyue Hall.
