Interior design speech

My life has just begun, and the bud of my ideal has just sprouted. I must cultivate it carefully and let it produce the most beautiful flowers. Ideal is like a ladder, which helps us climb to a bright future. Ideals are like compasses, which help us find the direction of life.

If a person has no ideal, just like a bird without wings, how can he spread his wings and fly to a bright future? When I was a child, I saw high and low houses, wooden houses, adobe houses and brick houses in the village. I look forward to turning these short houses into beautiful palaces one day. I like tall buildings on TV, beautiful cabinets in large and small shopping malls, and beautiful designs. I admire the designers' ingenious design techniques, so I am looking forward to becoming an excellent designer in the future!

The designer's design works can add color to our life and bring convenience to our life. I think the works designed will be simple without losing beauty, gorgeous without losing solemnity. In short, I want to design works that meet the eyes of all mankind. Here I also want to say that we are not fixed by our own aesthetics, but by the aesthetics of the public. Because our own eyes do not represent the eyes of the public, only people see their favorite works. This is a good work. Moreover, the work I want to design should be unique. This is unexpected and can surprise everyone. But no matter how I design it, it must look good. Before realizing my dream, I should make full preparations, design my life well, work hard for my dream, and strive to become an excellent designer, add color to the world and be favored by the public. I think.

Thinking 1, good personal qualities, such as your cultural background. I think as a designer,

Designers should at least know the history of China. From the development history of interior design, the development of any design can not be separated from the development of history, especially the rise and fall of the honor and disgrace of those dignitaries. This fact can be quoted everywhere, so I won't repeat it here. Only by understanding the history can we truly understand the true meaning of design development. In addition, learn more about sister art, decoration design is a comprehensive design knowledge and a synthesis of many arts. Therefore, the more you know about other sister arts, the more you will be inspired and have more creative passion.

2. Good expression and communication skills. The ultimate goal of design is to let others (customers or Party A) know and agree with your design. On the one hand, the method of expressing design is various renderings (sketches,

Hand-painted and computer renderings, etc. ) and your oral expression. The former requires you to master all kinds of expression skills, while the latter requires you to have good communication and persuasion skills, which are all except.

In addition to your natural personality, you need to know something about customer psychology.

For example, you can't talk about Italian Renaissance art with a farmer. 3. Excellent design level. Excellent design level comes from the following aspects: (1) solid basic knowledge of art (2) good grasp of theoretical knowledge (3) reasonable workflow and work habits (4) reasonable reference to classic design (5) accumulation of practical work experience. I think having the above abilities is the basis of becoming an excellent designer. A successful designer should have the following points: a, strong and keen sensibility, b,

The ability of invention and creation C, the ability of aesthetic appraisal of works D, the ability of expressing design ideas E, and comprehensive professional intelligence A modern designer must have a broad cultural vision, profound wisdom and rich knowledge.

Knowledge; They must be innovative, knowledgeable, sensitive and problem-solvers. They should consider social reflection and social effect, and strive to design works that are beneficial to society and can improve people's aesthetics.

Ability, psychological pleasure and satisfaction induction summarize the characteristics of the contemporary era and reflect the true aesthetic taste and ideal. At least you should understand that excellent designers have their own methods, clear images and logical views. Designers must be confident and firmly believe in their personal beliefs, experience, vision and taste. No blind obedience, no narcissism, no arrogance, no drifting. Face it with a rigorous academic attitude, not for individuality or design.

As a designer, you must have unique quality and superb design skills, that is, no matter how complicated the design topic is, you must conscientiously sum up experience, think hard, scrutinize repeatedly, absorb and digest the same type of excellent design essence, so as to achieve new creation.

The improvement of design must be carried out through continuous learning and practice. The extensive participation and concentration of designers are contradictory and unified. The former is the source of inspiration and expression, and the latter is the attitude of work. Good design is not only the creation of graphics, it is the result of a lot of intellectual work, covering different fields and playing different roles, which can keep us open-minded and bring more information to our design. The most important thing in design is ideas, and good ideas need to be cultivated and incubated. Design also needs a broad vision, so that information has a broad source.

Inference is one of the important characteristics of learning graphic design, and art is essentially the same. The continuous flow of culture and wisdom is the magic weapon to become an evergreen tree in the design field. Personalized design may come from the long-standing cultural traditions and wealth of the nation.

The design concepts of national culture, nationality, originality and individuality are also valuable, and regional characteristics are also one of the knowledge backgrounds of designers. Future designers are no longer narrow nationalists, but the symbol of each nation is more reflected in the national spirit, and the nation and tradition will also become schema or design elements. As a designer, we should take national traditions and culture seriously.

In fact, being a designer needs to learn a lot. It is never too old to learn. At any time, you can't say that you have mastered a certain field completely, just as you can never finish painting an oil painting. In short, designing this thing is also a process of many a mickle makes a mickle, and more importantly, it is also a process of continuous learning. As a student who just entered the design school, how can I learn more and do better?

Interior designers are divided into home improvement design and public dress design. Home improvement design: step one, you should learn to read CAD drawings; step two, you should understand home improvement materials, technology, room type measurement and budget; step three, you should understand home improvement design scheme and color matching; step four, you should understand customer communication skills, and more importantly, talk about single skills. The fifth step is that the most successful designer who can make renderings understands life. You need to know how to live in order to know how to plan other people's lives, because design is planning life. For example, if you haven't stayed in a hotel for five weeks, you don't know what the hotel should be equipped with, what the situation is, and how to design the hotel. So first of all, you have to learn all kinds of life, and then you have to learn materials and techniques, understand the latest materials and practices, and design something. You must know how to build it, what materials to use and how much it costs.

The third is to improve aesthetics, read more authoritative books and periodicals and see what others are doing. As a successful designer, if you don't have strong personality and innovative ideas. Keep improving. That's only half done. This is true for people who are becoming qualified designers or who have become designers. Designers who have already gone to work change careers halfway because they lack enterprising spirit and stick to the trend, and finally they are eliminated in the workplace competition. And those who keep learning and making progress can come to the end. I also hope that those who choose to study design and want to be designers can remember that only by changing, thinking rationally, being different and persevering can they stand out.

Dear seniors and schoolmates, good afternoon! We feel it is getting more and more difficult to be a hotel. In fact, international trends are changing rapidly. There are many factors and elements involved in hotels. The development of hotels involves the competition between hotels, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Hotel competition includes both material and spiritual aspects. Including brand image, hardware facilities, work system, corporate culture and many other aspects. Today, we discuss the popular trend and value of hotel design from the perspective of hotel design.

1. Hotel culture is the soul of hotel design, which is increasingly recognized by people. Creating unique hotel culture will become the basis of brand advantage. As a social phenomenon, the development of culture has historical integrity, and at the same time, it has national and regional characteristics. Therefore, hotel design should show different cultures according to different concepts such as national environment.

Second, the competition in 2 1 century is a cultural competition. Hotels are enterprises that produce and manage culture. If guests fully enjoy the hotel culture, they will form loyalty to the hotel. Therefore, hotels have higher cultural added value. World-famous hotel management companies manage hotels with rich cultural connotations.

Thirdly, the hotel culture in China, we think we should explore the regional culture, take the road of national development, and should not blindly worship foreign things. China has its own folk style and various cultural essences. These regional cultures are identifiable. Therefore, natural conditions and historical heritage can completely create a national hotel culture with oriental characteristics.

I brought two or three projects I did last year to illustrate the ideas I just talked about. At the end of last year, we took over a project in Shunde City, Guangdong Province. Let's take a look at his environment first. He is a renovation project. This hotel opened in 1987, which should be regarded as the earliest four-star hotel in county-level cities in China. It's very old now, but the environment of this hotel is very good. The ceiling chandelier and the entrance door made two main tables, and on the right was a well.

This building is Chinese-style, and it has a garden feeling. The floor is lower. This is his elevator. There is a mountain in the back called Shunfeng Mountain. This is a corridor through which catering, entertainment and meetings are organized. The mountain environment behind is very good, and there is a temple next to it. The incense in this temple is still relatively prosperous. There is a legend in this hotel. More than 40 years ago, a man in Shunde let his mother drink the spring water on this mountain, and her mother recovered.

Therefore, this matter is widely circulated, and people from all directions call this kind of water "divine water". There is a tendency of crouching tiger, hidden dragon in Shunfeng Mountain. We think the environment here is beautiful. We can see a small pavilion here. From the balcony of the guest room, the mountain scenery behind looks really beautiful. According to these conditions, we positioned him and built such a five-star hotel. So I want to regard it as a five-star hotel for business, conference and leisure. Unique regional characteristics are derived here. Design emphasizes artistic conception. We use Zen to express his mysterious oriental culture. We want him to be simple, steady and plain, with special emphasis on furniture and lighting.

According to these comprehensive factors, we made such a plan: we opened the roof of the lobby and made a lighting roof. We thought there must be clouds in Xianquan Wonderland, so we used a cloud technique. Silver platinum is attached to the stigma. I think it's mysterious when something is polished inside.

In addition, we will have a spring in the middle of the lobby, and of course it will continue to deepen now. Put the front desk in the rightmost position. It turns out that these two positions have made two rest areas. The lights inside are all tailored for this hotel. In order to reflect this spring, we have water everywhere. For example, if you add a small screen here, there will be many clay pots inside. There are two rest areas on both sides of the lobby, with a glass cover on them. Behind two screens, I put two bergamot. I don't want to make too many Buddha statues and heads. They represent Zen culture and Buddhist culture. I want to be abstract, so I put two bergamot behind my back. The back is just a corridor, so it is like a translucent space. A lobby bar was built on the left, and the elements were unified by lights and water bars. He can enjoy a cup of water from Xianquan for free here. This is a corridor of his nightclub, and we hope to show his cultural sense, not tacky. This is a private room in a China restaurant. This is the guest room. The guest room also follows the technology just mentioned. Because the room is small and difficult to rebuild, he is used to the four-star rule.

Ge succeeded. This is the cafeteria on the second floor. We also have spring water here, which runs through the whole scheme. This is the elevator room in the guest room. The elevator room is very big. This is the guest room suite. This is another type of private room in China. This is a restaurant in China. This is the lounge.

We think hotels should have culture. Second, personality is very important. If a hotel can be placed anywhere, it is irresponsible to the owner. Therefore, characteristics and individuality have always been the pursuit of hotels, but it is actually very difficult. For example, some of our top hotels in the world, we don't think it is the best. The Westin Hotel, for example, is very high-end, but it is not customized for the characteristics of China. Therefore, characteristics and individuality are also the core strength of the hotel.

Personality and characteristics are synonymous with hotels, and hotels without personality and characteristics will be overwhelmed by mediocrity. Chinese and foreign experts have talked about pursuing characteristics. When something is missing, its value doubles. Therefore, the internationally popular theme hotels are the products of the owners' pursuit of characteristics. He used the unique environment, architectural style and decorative style to create distinctive features, thus establishing a competitive market competitiveness.

We have built a five-star hotel, the Palace Hotel, in Beijing, which has not been completed yet. We made three or four concepts in the standard room. This is the effect map of space. This is the concept of bathroom. This is a five-star hotel in Zhejiang. When we make a guest room, people traditionally think of it as a living room and a bedroom, but when we do it, we will open the room and you will feel that the space is very open. I made a luggage room, mini-bar, sleeping area and business office area when I entered the door, and then the bathroom was relatively large. We think we should make a breakthrough in design. Hotel design should proceed from its own situation, such as your architectural style, supplies and so on. Through these, we can give full play to the characteristics of the hotel and publicize our own personality. This is our designer's unshirkable responsibility. We should explore the culture and characteristics of each project.

Let's take a look at a Huatian hotel in Chenzhou. The cost of this hotel is very low. How does this hotel explore its own culture? Because Chenzhou is close to Guangdong, it can be called "the back garden of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao". The environment is good and the ecology is good. We think about trees and leaves from an ecological perspective, so we use a leaf design language to run through them. This is the front desk. This is the elevator room, lobby bar, cafeteria, multi-function hall, sauna lounge, guest room elevator room and guest room corridor.

Recently, we also did a project in Nanjing. This five-star hotel is the tallest in Nanning and is called the local standard building. How can such a modern building excavate culture and position itself? We hope he has a closer relationship with architecture. Now we have just finished his hall. Enter the lobby and go up to the 39th floor, which is the lobby. Let's go to the sales office and have a look. When we came in, the hall was small. We drilled a well between the second floor and 1 building. We hope to lead people to the second floor. The sales office has made a negotiation area and wants to be a coffee shop in the future. We made this hotel a little simpler.

There is a hotel in Shenzhen, and the culture of this hotel is difficult to do. Culture is actually a general concept. This hotel is called Lily Hotel. Shenzhen's history and culture are not very profound, and its regional culture is not obvious. We softened the concept of its time. Grasp his design concept from the point of lily. White harmony means perfection and comfort. Therefore, we use the "round" element throughout the hotel. When the lobby comes in, there will be a rest area with circular elements. Besides, our cups are round. There will also be blessings such as all the best and a hundred years of harmony. This project also has a little cultural background in it. Next to it is a hall. In addition, we made some small things on the pillars. His elevator, he only has an elevator on one side. We see that there are also circular elements in the unified design. This is his Chinese restaurant, private room, karaoke, VIP room and guest room.

Hotels should still make bold breakthroughs, change routines, and win by surprise. To sum up, culture is the root of the hotel, design is the root, and deep roots will flourish. Let's work together for interior design and make our due contribution to hotel design in China. Thank you.
