What's the difference between Beidaihe District and Beidaihe New District?

In the administrative division of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, along the coast to the west, there is a river into the sea called Daihe in Bohai Bay. Daihe River is generally east-west, bounded by Daihe River, with Beidaihe on the Hebei side, Nandaihe on the Henan side and Daihe Bridge in the middle. Beidaihe is a world-famous summer resort and political summer capital, which was developed at the end of 19. Now it is an administrative district of Qinhuangdao city. The Nandaihe River adjacent to it used to belong to Funing County, Hebei Province. Coastal areas are managed at the township level. In the past 20 years, tourism has gradually developed and a number of beaches and scenic spots have been built. Nandaihe has no industrial pollution, wide sea surface, dense vegetation, birds and flowers, and cicadas in summer. Both land and sea are mountains and rivers, and the environment is elegant without losing Beidaihe. But the management level is low, and the villages and towns are a bit chaotic. In recent years, with the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Hebei Province has divided Nandaihe River and its western gold coast into a region and established Beidaihe New District with an area of 425 square kilometers.
