The long-awaited trip to Chimelong has finally come true. A family of five played in Chimelong for two days at the weekend. They had a good trip and had a good time. First, travel preparation

Before traveling, I checked the weather in Guangzhou that day, downloaded the latest offline map package from Baidu map, and booked tickets for Chimelong Zoo, Circus and Grand Hyatt Hotel on Ctrip two days in advance. The reason why I booked this hotel is because it is close to Changlong Scenic Area, and there is a Chinese food city nearby, which is convenient to eat and has a good comment from netizens. The preliminary arrangement of the trip is to drive to Guangzhou on Saturday, watch the circus in the evening, visit the zoo on Sunday and return to Shenzhen in the afternoon.

Second, the itinerary

Saturday

9:00- 1 1:30 drive from Shenzhen to Guangzhou and go straight to the hotel. According to international practice, the hotel reservation instructions stated that I would check in after 14:00 on the same day, but I specially called the hotel front desk before going out and said that I could check in early as long as there were vacancies. We arrived at the hotel after 1 1 noon. When we checked in, because my mother didn't bring her ID card, at first the front desk said we couldn't check in, but later we asked the supervisor to agree to check in. So remind everyone, be sure to remember to bring all the documents. In addition, online hotel booking can be paid online, but if the itinerary changes and I can't check in on time, there is no check-out fee. To be on the safe side, I still choose to pay in the store.

11:30-13: 00, after packing, eat in Zizhou Building next to the hotel. It's delicious, and the per capita consumption is around 80 yuan, which makes me feel a little expensive.

13:00- 15:30 back to the hotel for lunch break.

16:00 and leave for Chimelong Scenic Area. Chimelong Circus Theater is next to Happy World, and the navigation destination is set to "Chimelong Happy World Parking Lot". I heard that the road conditions in Guangzhou are complicated, and even if you drive, you will get lost. So this is really the case. Even Baidu map can't find the north. When you open it, you will be prompted to "re-plan the route", which is usually the wrong way. It's only a few kilometers, and it takes almost an hour to get there. There is a charge for parking at scenic spots, 20 yuan.

16:30- 18:00, pick up the tickets and go around. E-tickets are very convenient to pick up. Just enter the verification code and the last 4 digits of the mobile phone in the self-service ticket machine. After reading the online guide, I know that the best place to see the circus is the C/D area near the VIP area on the upper floor, except for the VIP area. But now these two areas are divided into first-class ticket areas, which need to be added with 50 yuan, and VIP areas need to be added with 200 yuan. In order to get a good seat, all four of us adults bought first class tickets. Children don't have to buy first-class tickets if they don't occupy seats, just buy tickets. Here, I want to remind everyone that the circus has no tickets for the elderly and children. All tickets must be purchased regardless of age. There are corresponding seats in the VIP area and the first-class ticket area, but the seats are randomly selected by the computer and cannot be selected on the spot like a cinema. In addition to the VIP area, the first-class seating area and a permanent area of Chimelong Hotel (in the D area near the swimming pool), you can sit at will in other areas. Get up at half past seven. After washing, go to the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel for a free buffet. It's delicious and the variety of food is quite rich.

I left the hotel at 8: 30, found a supermarket nearby and bought three bottles of mineral water1l. Then I went directly to the zoo and arrived at the north gate of the zoo around 9:40. There are two checkpoints to enter the park. The first checkpoint needs to check luggage to prevent tourists from bringing food into the park. Passengers without luggage can take the leftmost express lane. The second floor is the ticket gate. Remember to take pictures of the performance schedules of four theaters with your mobile phone at the entrance.

After renting a trolley at the ticket gate, go directly to the tourist area and take a small train. The whole journey takes about 40 minutes. Of course, you can also drive into the park by yourself, but you have to buy another ticket, which seems to be more than 200 yuan a car.

The first scenic spot after entering the park is White Tiger Mountain. Every half an hour and the hour, white tiger diving will be staged. We heard applause and cheers inside before we went in. When we went in, the performance was over. It's a pity to see only a few white tigers swimming in the water.

We basically arrange the route according to the performance time of each theater. At first, the planned route was 1 1: 00 Huaguoshan Theater-12: 00 Hippo Theater-13: 30 Elephant Theater-16: 30 White Tiger Theater, but it was1/kloc after taking the train. Personally, I feel that the performance of Hippo Theater is very general, so I don't need to watch it.

I have eaten it in Panda Restaurant, and it tastes good. The per capita consumption is around 60 yuan. Then we just caught up with the elephant theater at 13:30, probably because it is close to the restaurant. The elephant theater is very crowded. We were full when we went in, so we had to sit on the steps everywhere. Because it was noon, it was super hot in the theater, but the performance was wonderful and worth seeing!

It's past two o'clock after watching the elephant show. We hurried to the Journey to the West Theater and finally arrived 10 minutes early. The audience is still small. We chose an area with a fan to sit down, which was much cooler than just in the elephant theater. The monkey performance is also wonderful and worth seeing. It's past three o'clock after reading it. Considering that we have to work tomorrow, we decided to give up the performance of White Tiger Theatre 16:30 and leave for Shenzhen in advance.

Third, matters needing attention

There is no discount for children's tickets and senior citizens' tickets in the circus. Even babies under 1 need to buy a full ticket. VIP tickets and first-class tickets for the circus can only be purchased at the on-site ticket office. Just show your ticket when you enter the circus theater, you don't have to show your first-class ticket. The VIP area, first-class seating area and hotel area are blocked by iron railings, and the entrance is guarded by staff. You can only enter by ticket.

3. Chimelong Scenic Area is not allowed to bring food into the park, but it can bring water. You must take more water when you go in summer. You need a 8 yuan/bottle to buy it inside. If the child wants to make milk powder, be sure to remember that there is enough boiling water in the thermos cup. At first, we thought there would be hot water supply in the scenic spot, but there was no hot water supply at all, not even the circus star restaurant in the circus theater. Fortunately, we were well prepared, otherwise we would be in trouble.

There is a trolley for rent next to the ticket gate in the zoo. One day in 30 yuan, deposit in 300 yuan. Because the zoo is very big, if children don't bring their own carts, they must rent one, which is much more convenient for adults. We brought a lot of mineral water and hung it on the trolley, which was very labor-saving. We entered from the north gate, and the trolleys can be returned at both the south gate and the north gate.

5. Chimelong Zoo has two entrances, the north entrance is the main entrance, and the whole park is divided into two parts: the driving tour area and the walking tour area. There is a free train in the car tour area, which takes about 40 minutes. If you enter the park by bus, you have to buy another ticket, each car is more than 200 yuan. The self-driving entrance and the entrance to the car tour area are at the north gate. There are four performance theaters in the hiking area, and the performance time is basically at noon and afternoon, so it is best to take a small train or drive to the sightseeing area in the morning, and then go to the hiking area, so that there will be enough time to watch the performance in the afternoon.
