Why is there no standard for rice dumplings in Wufangzhai Hotel?

Wufangzhai's trademark of Zongzi involves infringement. The Shanghai Intellectual Property Court held that repackaging Wufangzhai's authentic zongzi and selling it to hotels constituted trademark infringement. Finally, in June 2022, it was decided that Wufangzhai's zongzi trademark involved infringement, and Wufangzhai's zongzi to the hotel was not marked.
