Where is convenient to live in Nanjing?

I live near Confucius Temple, Daxing Palace, Sanshan Street and Xinjiekou subway station, with convenient transportation, shopping and eating. If there are old people and children, it is recommended to choose better hotels, such as Orange Hotel, Hanting Hotel and Seven Days Hotel, and be sure to be close to the subway station. Don't worry, the scenic spots in Nanjing have convenient transportation, and taxis and express trains are all over the street.

1, Confucius Temple

Confucius Temple is a group of large-scale ancient buildings, mainly composed of Confucius Temple, Gong Xue and Gong Yuan, covering a huge area. There are buildings such as Zhaobi, Chi Pan, Paifang, Juxing Court, Kuixingge, Lingxingmen, Dacheng Hall, Mingdetang and Zunjingge. Confucius Temple, known as the scenic spot of Qinhuai, has become a characteristic scenic spot in the ancient capital Nanjing. It is the largest traditional ancient market in China, and ranks as the four major downtown areas in China along with Shanghai Chenghuang Temple, Suzhou Xuanmiao Temple and Beijing Tianqiao.

2. Daxing Palace

Daxing Palace is located in the center of the main city of Nanjing, so it was named after the palace in jiangning house during the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty. Emperor Kangxi visited Jiangnan six times and lived in Jiangning Weaving Institute four times, so he called Jiangning Weaving Institute the Daxing Palace.

In Qing Dynasty, the location of Daxing Palace was from Longpan Middle Road in the east, Beiting Lane in the west, Mianjing Lane, Kexiang and Li Renxiao in the south, and the back street of the Yangtze River in the north (speaking of Zhujiang Road). The length and width are all in the box of 1 km. At present, the location of Daxing Palace generally refers to a circular pattern with a radius of 500 to 800 meters around the intersection of Zhongshan East Road, Taiping South Road and Taiping North Road.

3. Sanshan Street

Sanshan Street, located at the intersection of Zhonghua Road and Jiankang Road in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, is one of the ancient place names in Nanjing. Built in the early Ming Dynasty, it was named after the phrase "Three mountains and a half fall in the sky, like this island where egrets divide the river" in Li Bai's poem, and it is very close to Sanshanmen (now the West Gate of Water).

Sanshan Street is the boundary between Shangyuan County and Jiangning County in Ming Dynasty, which belongs to Jiangning in the south and Shangyuan in the north. In the Qing Dynasty, Sanshan Street was once one of the execution grounds, where literary critic Jin Shengtan was executed for the case of "Crying at the Temple against Grain".
