What is the name of the two buildings in Suzhou that are the same and then connected together like a bridge?

Oriental Gate (English: Oriental Gate)

It is a skyscraper with a height of 30 1 m, located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. The core building of the planned Twin Towers in Suzhou Industrial Park not only represents the new gate of Suzhou, but also the new gate for the world to see China. This magnificent and elegant landmark building is located at the end of the CBD axis of Suzhou Industrial Park, bordering Xinggang Street and sparkling Jinji Lake in the east and International Building and Century Financial Building in the west. This skyscraper has a unique structure. The whole building is a twin-tower structure, but at the top, the twin towers are combined into an arch or a door. This 88-story building will be completed in 20 13, and will surpass the current Suzhou Xindi Center and become the tallest building in Suzhou.

The Oriental Gate covers an area of about 24,000 square meters, with a total main building area of about 460,000 square meters and a building height of 30 1.8 meters, with a total investment of about 4.5 billion yuan. The design of the Oriental Gate was jointly completed by RMJM Architectural Design Company of Britain, Arup Engineering Consulting Company of Hong Kong and East China Architectural Design and Research Institute. Oriental Gate integrates business, apartment hotel, intelligent office building, platinum five-star hotel and other functions to meet the growing market demand.

The Oriental Gate is the hope of business owners. I hope this building can create a vibrant and prosperous urban hotspot for Suzhou, and as a new development leader, lead the CBD area to become increasingly prosperous.

Located on Jinji Lake in Suzhou, Jiangsu, at the junction of Suya Road and Xinggang Street in Suzhou Park.
