Moon Island is an island in the middle of Yalu River in Dandong City. The outdoor terraces on the island are higher than the once-in-a-century flood level and have a perfect flood control system.

Moon Island commercial and residential tourist area covers an area of 6.5438+0.5 million square meters, with a planned area of 6.5438+0.3 million square meters. Among them, the central and western part of Moon Island is the first phase of development, with an area of 23,000 square meters, more than 200 shops, 654.38+0.2 residential buildings and more than 250 commercial buildings. At present, the cooperation of five-star hotels in Moon Island is under negotiation.

According to the plan, the second phase of Moon Island Commercial and Residential Tourist Area includes the construction of 6 small hotels, 1 international convention and exhibition center and 1 wedding auditorium. It is planned to start construction by the end of this year and complete it by the end of next year.

The Moon Island Commercial and Residential Tourist Area was developed by Haida Real Estate Co., Ltd., with the overall planning made by American Besenna Design Office and the interior design made by Dynasty Decoration Engineering Company.

The total investment of Moon Island commercial and residential tourist area exceeds 400 million yuan.
