Hyatt Regency Dongguan Songshan Lake is adjacent to 25 international-level golf courses, which is a perfect place for golf sports. It provides an ideal venue for leisure and entertainment for enthusiasts, and the golf course closest to the hotel is only a 10-minute drive away, making it extremely convenient to get there and back.

The Hyatt Regency Dongguan Songshan Lake, covering an area of ??200,000 square meters, was designed by the top international design company BLD (Bilkey Llinas Design). The main building of the hotel is on the 8th floor and has 320 stylish and comfortable guest rooms, including 34 suites. The room area starts from 48 square meters. . Most of the lake view rooms also have a bathing pool on the terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Songshan Lake up close. Architecture is an "explicit" expressive art, but in this project, we are delighted that the architecture has finally successfully "disappeared" into the natural landscape.

Hyatt Regency Songshan Lake is located on the north bank of Songshan Lake in the core area of ??Songshan Lake National High-tech Industrial Park in Dongguan. The natural landscape of the base is excellent. A large area of ??native lychee forest, numerous gently undulating hills and a strip of water in the middle are the main original landforms in this area. During the site survey, most of the roads in the new area had not yet been repaired, so we could only rely on a few small-scale drawings to find our way through the lychee forest. It is precisely these water surfaces, hills, and lychee forests that have imprinted the deepest imprint of the site on our design concept.

Two long wedge-shaped volumes spread out in a figure-eight shape facing the water. The total length is nearly 500M, and the height gradually decreases from the middle 6 floors to the two ends to two floors. The two volumes are slightly folded at the opposite ends. Transformed into a public area. When people walk along the trail around the lake and gradually retreat a certain distance, the hotel across the water slowly "transforms" into a small hill, and finally disappears into the rolling skyline.

The unfolding form facing the water not only poetically "sees" from the outside in, but also provides more and better possibilities of "seeing" from the inside out. The entrance is raised one level, and residents can enter the lobby through a circular ramp and overlook the water view, with their sight reaching the farthest point of the lake landscape. Climb down the stairs again to reach the lobby bar and Chinese restaurant directly facing the water. Some other service function rooms are also arranged on the floor below the lobby, thus cleverly avoiding the overlap of different functional streamlines. The largest amount of guest room area is all located in the middle and front of the two main strip volumes. At the same time, in order to avoid excessively long traffic routes within the guest room level, the rear ends are cut off to be used as high-end private clubs and hotel management rooms respectively. We have also made new attempts in the design of guest rooms, moving the bathtubs in all guest rooms on the water-facing side from the traditional bathroom to the water-facing balcony, providing guests with a unique experience.

Between the front and back of the building, we preserved as much of the native lychee forest as possible. Among them, the area on the right side of the entrance is paved with simple clay bricks and skillfully created into a parking lot with shade trees? It is rustic yet elegant.
