What does morning service mean?

Morning call, also known as wake-up service, generally refers to the scheduled wake-up service provided by the hotel for the convenience of guests.

The process is as follows:

Usually before waking up, confirm the room number and wake-up time.

Generally, call into the room five to ten minutes in advance to report your identity and reason. The general operation terms are as follows:

For example: Good morning, waiter, wake-up service!

After the guest responds,

Hello Mr./Ms. Once you hear the guest respond clearly.

If the guest hangs up directly or no one answers when calling into the room, you can continue to call. If the situation persists after two times, the waiter will need to knock on the door and enter the room to wake you up. Generally, security personnel and the waiter on duty will be required to be present together.

You need to speak softly when entering the room and don’t make too much noise.

If you see that the guest has left when you enter the room, you need to report it to the office or switchboard.

If the guest is still sleeping and sees a male guest, the male waiter will nudge the guest and explain the reason; if there is a female guest, the female waiter will wake him up.

If the guest cannot be woken up after unlocking the door, please immediately notify the assistant lobby manager to handle the matter.
