Carbon neutral hotel standard

In recent years, with the increasing awareness of green and low-carbon development in China, and the proposal of peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality, relevant departments have issued a series of policies and standards related to green hotels.

In 2006, China issued the standard of "Green Tourist Hotel" for the first time, which stipulated the requirements of creating green tourist hotels and implementing and improving environmental management.

After that, China has successively issued the Green Hotel Rating Regulations, National Standards for Green Hotels and Evaluation Standards for Green Hotels and other standards related to green hotels.
