Overseas imported cases who have participated in urban and rural basic medical insurance will be partially subsidized by individuals after paying medical expenses such as basic medical insurance, serious illness insurance and medical assistance according to regulations; Those who conceal or lie about their residence history and contact history and refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control measures shall bear the isolation and medical expenses related to COVID-19 infection. For overseas imported cases that have not participated in urban and rural basic medical insurance, the medical expenses shall be borne by the patients in principle; If it is indeed difficult, if it is found to meet the conditions, medical assistance may be given according to the law and regulations. Personnel participating in commercial health insurance shall be paid by the commercial insurance company according to the contract.

When the masses find foreigners (returnees), they can report directly to their communities (villages) or public security organs. All communities (villages), hotels, hotels, online reservations, government agencies, enterprises and institutions will carry out information registration, temperature detection and other work at the first time, and report to the public security organs or local epidemic prevention and control departments within 1 hour.

Nanchong

On March 9th, Nanchong emergency headquarters issued the announcement 15 to deal with the novel coronavirus epidemic. From February 15, all overseas arrivals (returnees) must truthfully declare and register with their communities (villages) and actively cooperate with quarantine, detection, treatment, epidemiological investigation and other epidemic prevention and control work.

After entry, all overseas arrivals (returnees) must cooperate with airports, railway stations, bus stations and other transportation stations for entry health registration, truthfully fill out the Health Declaration Form for Overseas Arrivals (Returnees) in Nanchong City, and actively cooperate with the unified pick-up arrangement for special classes of arrivals (Returnees) in Nanchong City.

All overseas arrivals (returnees) must cooperate with nucleic acid detection and receive classified management services. Anyone who arrives (returns) from a country (or region) with a serious epidemic abroad shall be subjected to centralized isolation observation for not less than 14 days, and cooperate with nucleic acid and ct screening and other related services.

All overseas arrivals (returnees) must actively cooperate with the downloading, registration and filling of the "Zhou Guo Health Code" APP, and truthfully reflect the overseas travel history and their own health status.

Any overseas family members, relatives and friends who have plans to return to South in the near future shall promptly inform the contents of this announcement. After the time and method of arriving (returning) in the south are determined, you must report to your community (village) three days in advance.

Anyone who is suspected of deliberately concealing the contact history of infectious diseases or the travel history of countries (regions) with serious epidemic situations and other behaviors that disrupt the normal epidemic control order shall be investigated for corresponding responsibilities according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other laws and regulations.
