"

Urban sculpture should achieve the unity of content and art, and coordinate with the surrounding environment and architectural style. "

(4) Paragraph 2 of Article 5 is amended as: "The planning and management departments of county-level cities, districts and economic functional zones shall be specifically responsible for the planning and management of urban sculptures within their respective jurisdictions in accordance with the provisions of these Measures."

(5) Article 6 is amended as: "The installation of urban sculptures (including temporary sculptures, the same below) in Shinan District, Shibei District and Licang District shall be subject to the approval of the planning administrative department of Qingdao Municipality. Setting up urban sculptures in other districts (cities) shall be examined and approved by the local planning administrative department and reported to the Qingdao planning administrative department for the record. However, the installation of large-scale urban sculptures in major public places should be reported to the planning and management department of Qingdao for approval. "

(6) Article 7 is amended as: "When applying for a planning permit for urban sculpture construction projects, an urban sculpture setting unit shall submit relevant documents of land use, construction project design scheme and other materials. The design scheme shall include the following contents:

"(1) the plan layout of 1: 500 or 1: 200;

"(two) sculpture model or design renderings (there should be four pictures for a round sculpture);

"(three) the sculpture supporting environmental design drawings;

"(four) description of the means of production and technical process plan;

"(5) Description of the design theme;

"(6) Basic information about the author."

(7) Paragraph 1 of Article 8 is amended as: "If the documents and materials specified in Article 7 are examined by the planning administrative department and conform to the relevant provisions and urban planning, they shall be approved and issued with a planning permit for construction projects."

(8) Article 10 is amended as: "The urban sculpture setting unit shall carry out the construction according to the urban sculpture design scheme approved by the planning management department, and shall not change the design scheme without authorization."
